We closed on our home 12/29/2023. We had so many issues with lender getting their documents in order. It was an all day affair, and we ended our close with dinner in the office (well passed business hours.) They were extremely understanding, and catering. Highly recommend, and would do business again, but hopefully not for a very long time from now.
