Go Store It Self Storage

My 2023 move in was an excellent experience. The facility is clean, new, and well-cared for. The lighting in the hallways and in the storage unit was better than most storage facilities I've used. Jan in Fletcher, NC, is very experienced, professional and friendly, giving me all the details with great service, making my move an all-around great. So far, so good.

First, I did my homework. I found the closest locations. Then, I visited the storage sites that were nearby. I evaluated flood areas, and construction of each facility with controlled climate and easy access. Go Store It was the best! I signed up 4 years ago, and I have had the best customer service with any issues. Jan Dunn always went the extra mile for me to feel that my items were well guarded and watched over. Thanks Jan for all your help over the years. I made the right choice by using Go Store It !

We rented two units for about seven months. We had a great experience moving in and moving out. Jan was very helpful and polite. The units were clean, and the location was very well maintained. I would definitely rent from them again.

This is a great place mostly because of the wonderful people who work there. The facility was always clean and maintained. Occasionally I would forget what day my payment was due and I would get a reminder text or phone call. This saved me from paying a late fee. I would highly recommend Go Store It on Hendersonville Rd in Arden.

We appreciated the efficiency, knowledge and friendly personality of Jan, who handled the process of getting us signed up for a storage unit. The facility was very clean. We were pleased with the choices of unit given to us. Overall, it was a pleasant and easy experience.

Very clean, Friendly Staff, and a fair price compared to what other storage units around town cost...and there are a lot of them! Several convenient South Asheville locations were a big selling point for me. We are happy with our experience so far with Go Store It!

If you are going to pick a storage facility - this is the one! Have dealt with the front office manager Jan, for three years. She goes up and above every time. If I had a company, I would scoop her up. Amazingly good at multi-tasking and great with all kinds of people. She always gets the job done! 5 stars all the way.

This is a great Go Store It location. Easy parking, easy access to units, clean and safe. Management is easy to work with and responsive. Prices are good for the area as well.

Working with Jan at Go store It has been such a wonderful experience!! This location was recommended by a friend and I am not disappointed. I will rest easy storing with Go Store It in Arden.

Remote access, sensor active lights, and climate control at this facility.

The management of this facility is exceptional--from move in guidance, to renewal info, and move out accommodations. Always an onsite manager versus a remote manager that randomly responds to email. The storage facilities were always clean, rodent free, and hallways bright. I would highly recommend this Go Store It location.

Austin was very helpful explaining everything and answering my questions. He is a very good representative of the company.

Jan, manager at the Arden, N.C. location is outstanding in every way. She helped me find the perfect unit for me, assisted me with local directions (as I am new to the area), and set me up with everything I needed, including a new lock. When the dolly accidentally bumped the door and pulled it off the tracks, she was understanding, patient and kind. She made me feel better, as I was having anxiety about it being permanently broken. Jan was able to get the door back on the tracks within 2 minutes. As well, when I was having a very stressful day, she gave me a hug and looked something up for me on the phone. Jan is very watchful of everyone's belongings, professional yet fun, and
highly knowledgeable about moving/ storing, and her area of North Carolina. She is a pleasure to deal with and a truly nice person. She sincerely cares about people and their experience at her location. On several occasions, she has gone out of her way to assist me.

Loved using the facility. The property manager is very responsive and incredibly helpful. She made our moving in and moving out very easy and I love the autopay option. Also, with the way the building is set up, you don't need to use the elevators, the back entrance leads to the second floor - saved a lot of money with movers because of that. Thank you for the great experience Jan.

Just rented my unit today...Jan in the office was wonderful to work with! The place is clean and the carts are in good working condition.

We needed a storage option for new furniture while we wait for our home being placed. Logan was quick to help me find the right unit for our needs. A storage unit right by the door for easy access. Also switched to the Hendersonville road area when I found it a more convenient location. Randall was also very polite and came in and introduced himself and later helped us find the correct storage unit. Great experience and super convent.

Update on our storage we just finished with our storage and we were still very pleased with it. The staff is always amazing and we had plenty of room for a house of furniture. Thanks to them for giving us that great experience.
