Miss Katie's Place Bar & Grill

We had the honor and the privilege of visiting on 6-29-24 on their soft opening! The hospitality was 5 🌟 the food was 5 🌟 my family and I will be visiting very often! They open fully on July 4th. You must give them a try, you won't regret it!

We waited an hour and 30 minutes for our food and it came out cold slightly warm, the waitress (Ashley) was sweet to us and understanding. It was really cold in there being a jacket!

-Update went back the next day when they weren’t so busy and the food came out within 15 minutes great service food was warm and took a total of 40 minutes in and out. Will be coming back!

First time eating at Miss Katie's and was delighted, indeed! Our group of four was greeted with a smile and promptly seated! Our waitress (Sammi) and the manager (who helped serve) were both awesome and attentive. Most importantly, the food was absolutley delicious!
The owners, Miss Katie and Mr. Katie have done an outstanding job and should be proud of their staff and this fine establishment!

GREAT burgers, and the fries were actually crispy. Highly recommend the burger and fries!

First time.... Five of us... All said it was great 👍👍👍👍👍.

We had been wanting to try this restaurant as we were traveling. It worked out on our way back home. We stopped here around noon. My Rueben sandwich came with three huge thick pieces of corned beef. The cheese was barely melted and the sauerkraut was tough. I asked for the thousand island dressing on the side but my sandwich came with it already added. This sandwich was impossible to eat as presented. I took two pieces of the corned beef out and that made it easier to eat but it was very messy and meat still tough. The sweet potato fries were good.
My husband had read about this restaurant on line and said it had gotten great reviews. Well,once was enough for us. We won’t be back.

Our waitress was wonderful, alas, the food was not. Ordered a BLT with fries, and got a deep fried mess of a sandwich, bread was fried in oil, bacon fried in oil yet loaded with it, and I was left with a greasy film in my mouth which also tasted of yesterday’s fried fish. Could not eat. Small towns do not necessarily mean great hometown restaurants unfortunately.

First time coming here, hostess was friendly, but after being seated we never got waited on, the staff stood around the register talking and joking. Then, as we left they gave us dirty looks seeing we were unhappy. Definitely not a good first impression!

Waited 1:30 hours for my meal. Then was told they didn't have what I ordered. Was told they were comping my meal, they only took the item off I ordered. Which is ok except it's not what I was told

On line look up stated they were open on Tuesday 10/1/24 but no one was at the restaurant. Disappointing.

Customer service was absolute trash. Mcdonald’s drive through would have been quicker. Don’t even waste you’re time.
