Friendly's

My Waitress was Kaitlyn V, and let me tell you, she is the sweetest person ever. I came in alone after skateboarding in the heat, and she checked in on me to make sure I was ok and make sure that everything was good. And the food was amazing. And the ice cream, is of course delicious. I would give way more than 5 stars if I could.

Had an amazing time! Was welcomed with a nice greet and smile. I was seated shortly after with my niece and nephew who loved our waitress Sarah. Sarah was very intentive and playful with them. She checked on us a few times as well as getting our drinks/refills instantly. The food was simply amazing! I'm almost certain we took the last seat as the restaurant was packed but they still got our food out to us within under 20 minutes. All served at the same time so no one at my table of 4 was left out. Everything was hot and delicious, honestly one of the best breakfasts I experienced at any Friendly's period. If I knew there was a Friendly's this good then it wouldn't have taken Dennys closing down for me to stop going there. 5 stars!!! I cannot recommend enough

Great dining experience, brought our 3 year old out for dinner and we loved the family friendly environment and menu! Loved our server Sarah too! Would definitely come back soon

This friendly’s location hasn’t changed ever. Every time I visit the service is wonderful and the food is always fantastic. Can’t forget the ice cream, cannot be beat ever. Waitstaff is the best and makes you feel like you’ve known them for years. Very accommodating and happy to help you. I look forward to my next time visiting!

Employees like him are extremely hard to come by these days and for that reason alone, he’s irreplaceable.
And to be clear, up until tonight, I had absolutely no idea who this young man was. So there’s zero connection between him and I and rarely do I go out of my way to write these types of reviews. But I felt compelled to not only share my experience. But to tell you this is EXACTLY the type of person you want representing your business and brand. So please give that young man a raise, a paid vaca or even a generous gift card to show your appreciation. Whatever you need to do to keep that smile on his face. A happy employee= happy customers and happy customers=returning customers.

We had a great experience today at Friendly’s. The server was prompt and greeted us with a smile. The food was excellent as was the ice cream. We will return again.

There is nothing like the BBQ chicken ranch sandwich to put a smile on anyone's face after a long, hard day of any type of work. Love going here with family and enjoy everything about the experience. Great ice cream too. =)

Besides getting my sons order semi wrong it was delicious. I ordered the chicken, bacon ranch quesadillas mmmmm I highly recommend them, oh and definitely get a fribble. And they got plenty of ice cream choices.... 😋

Friendly service, and great ice cream with lots of choices! No waiting. We were served within 5 minutes.

I wasn't sure what to expect when i ordered the original step up burger but it was amazing! Its a burger with grilled cheese bread. The meat was juicy, the mayo was creamy, and the bread was crispy. I've only been to Friendly's twice now but i will remember this experience.

I really like Friendly's because of their wide assortment of choices of food at reasonable prices. Monday through Friday you can get breakfast specials. During breakfast hours, you can get lunch time food. They also have the best ice cream in my opinion. Also, the wait staff is very friendly. Great family restaurant. Lots of choices for the little ones.

I highly recommend Friendly's on Boston Road. It has been my favorite place since childhood, and I recently introduced my nephew to it, who has now become obsessed with what he affectionately calls "family ice cream." The staff is always pleasant, although the service could be a little quicker. Overall, the food at Friendly's is usually flavorful, making it a great spot for a delicious meal or treat.

Took my grandkids for ice cream and ended up eating dinner. food was good, and the service was slow. I have always loved this place. will go back. My usual experience has been good.

The GM is the best in the industry she is always seeing everything

The Enfield CT restaurant is located right off the exit so is super convenient when traveling between Springfield and Hartford. Our waitress was friendly and attentive and the food was great!

Crystal was an awesome server, we appreciated everything she did for our graduation party of 10!!

Our server was incredible! She was very attentive and quick service. Our food was delicious and didn't take long at all. It was good and the ice cream was definitely the cherry on top!

We get Forbidden chocolate with hit fudge and peanut butter with whip cream and a cherry! Delicious! They did change their spoons though and they are not good very flimsy!
