Bike Shop

Been in this shop multiple times. Every time has been great. Time before last I came in I was having a issue with chain tension. Low and behold the guy wasn't there but the other employees made sure to ask him about it so when I came back in they offered a solution. If that's not customer service I'm not sure what is. I've been in customer service for over 20 years. Sorry but if you have not then your opinion just does not matter. Highly recommended

Great shop. They are passionate and clearly care about the place. They may seem a little defensive at times, but I too am defensive of the things I love!

When I had a problem they made sure I was happy in the end. That's what matters most to me. My family and I will continue coming here for all our biking needs for the foreseeable future.

So I found the absolute best bike 🚴shop owner Jack Gonzalez in Daytona Beach today! Don't know why I was called to go there, but I am so grateful and blessed 🙏 to have met him, and his staff, and his never to be Bride, inside joke 🤣. I pulled in the big rig, Jack instantly greeted Roadie 🐶, and treated him so amazingly well! He also took in my badly beaten up bicycle, and then the magic happened. New amazing tires, new light, new cogs, new chain, new amazing pump, 4 spare tubes, new rim liners, a T-shirt, and VIP service in and out in an hour for an extremely reasonable price! NO wonder he has owned his Bike shop for over 28 years!

My first time at this shop. The salesperson was very friendly, and the cost to repair my Granddaughter's bike was great. I browsed around, and the prices for their new bikes is very reasonable, too. I highly recommend this bike shop.

I took my bike back to this shop, for I had been there before. We travel a lot and come here two or three times a year. Once again, they did a quick, quality, and professional job. I thought it was priced fairly in the midst of this inflationary times we are all experiencing. Thanks for a job well done.

Just bought my first new bike in years, The Specialized Roll. Thanks to Rob's great service and expertise he directed me to the perfect bike for me. Made sure it was adjusted perfectly and have been enjoying ever since. Even though I am just a casual cyclist, the staff, especially Rob, was still very helpful and wanted to make sure I was happy. Went in to have our seats replaced because we didn't have the tools to do it at home. Took them 5 minutes and didn't even charge us for it. Excellent customer service. They definitely have our business in the future.

I bought my bike about ten years ago off these guys and I’ve had it in for tuneups when I come to Ormond Beach,and this 2024 I brought it back again thinking of up grading to something else, I asked the fellow working there about up grading the shifters as l hated the twist style that where on it and he quoted me a price that was very reasonable so I went ahead and did it and it works like a new bike plus they tuned it up which I thought was a great deal, Excellent people to deal with and they will definitely see me again.

All I can say is WOW!!! These guys rock! I brought my Marin bike in for a quick repair on Labor Day weekend and they knocked it out immediately to get me on the road quickly.
The entire staff is incredibly friendly and willing to share their expert knowledge about bikes and even the local area for best places to ride (I’m front out of town).
Even the person that was on his lunch break provided me with excellent advice on a private seller bike that I’m looking at. He didn’t try to dissuade me from purchasing, just provided great advice. This kind of honesty makes me want to buy a bike from them instead!

Took a complete bike and a new frameset of the same make and model to them and asked them to take everything off the complete bike and put all the parts on the new frameset. They had it done in two hours and did a great job. The new frame is a size smaller than the old one and they even thought to adjust the handlebar and seat height to match where they were on the old, larger frame. Will definitely go back.

Pro Level customer service and fantastic bikes! Pulled the trigger on an Ebike this year and my experience with the owner Jack Gonzalez and Shop team member Gary couldn't have been better. So good I convinced my friend to purchase one as well. And when there was an issue, they jumped right on it with great communication and follow up. A++ white glove experience. Don't hesitate to get in there now and pick up a bike for you and your family.

This first time customer highly recommends and will be back! Bikes have always been a big part of my life. I have over two decades of riding under my belt in a variety of styles. My spouse and I just moved to the area and were in the market for a bike to enjoy the surrounding trails on. The shop immediatley made us feel welcome, and looked to be an inclusive space for all types of two wheeled wonders. The bike shop crew gave us such a great customer experience, we bought a bike that afternoon! David took the time to consult with her, let her look around, and answered all her questions with a breadth and depth of knowledge that didn't come off as snobby or condescending. He even went the extra mile noticing the giant stock seat post and offered to take off a couple inches before we left because he knew the we were going to share the bike sometimes and I'm a little shorter.

The bike shop guys are great. I have over 3000 miles on my bike and it's only 9 months old. I have had many flat tires, they have repaired them all. Yes I'm headed there friday for a tune up..
