I’ve known the pediatrician since I was very young and she is the nicest doctor I’ve ever met. I’ve never had any problems with this office!

I love everyone that works there, from the front desk ladies, all the way to the doctors.. ALL the staff is so carrying and sweet!!

The doctors are great. The front desk staff are curt and rude.

I've used this place as our pediatrician for the last 4 years and love it. Every one is nice, patient, understanding, helpful, etc and my kids love coming here. Dr Colleen amuses my kids to no end and makes them actually look forward to check ups lol

Dr. Mckinney has been my Dr. since I was 12 years old. She’s my favorite Dr. and I’m dreading the day I start going to the “big girl” Dr. Everyone is friendly and super kind. I love it

Do not go here. I promise it's worth the time to find a different office. I read reviews and still went here, and I wholeheartedly regret that decision. Don't get me wrong, I loved Dr. Mckinney, the very few times my son saw her. The front desk staff, all very rude. Nurse practitioners, all not worth seeing. They don't care about your child's well-being, and they will make you feel like you're stupid. When you know you're own child best. I went to Akron Childerns right up the road- they are 100000×s better. Just from the first visit. You can tell they care, and everyone even from the front desk were super friendly. Just please listen to these reviews. This is coming from someone who never leaves reviews. I wish I would have listened from the beginning. Just trying to save new parents from feeling the same way they made me feel.

This place doesn't care about my daughter's well being. They are denying her a two week supply of anxiety medicine that they have prescribed for over a year and a half because she started therapy and in two weeks they will take over her medicine management. She now has to go two weeks without it. Don't recommend.

Doctors on rotation never the same doctor, then when you get a different doctor the previous one didnt notate or leave comments for the next doctor to know what's going on has taken over a month to get a copy of medical records because the doctor hasn't had time to sign it. Terrible service
