Please read!!! For those seeking to rent from CPM reading the negative reviews here, I too was hesitant. I took a chance, and it's been the absolute best decision. Rosie and Liz are always very communicative and solution driven. One of the biggest issues we faced was hearing the upstairs neighbors walking/talking in our unit. I voiced my concerns, and after a period of time, CPM came up with a solution to insulate my bedroom ceiling. It means a lot that they listened to my concerns and took them seriously. Any email or maintenance request I've submitted is responded to either the same or next day. I also had a leak from the upstairs units sink on a Sunday, and maintenance was sent out that same day to inspect/repair it. I can only speak from my experience, but I want to thank both Rosie and Liz for being rockstars and always being so attentive whenever I reach out with questions/concerns.

Trash not picked up plumbing is terrible and no one cares about anything

Never ever ever ever rent from these people. Don’t do it.
