OEI "The Cool Guys"

Bruce and his team just completed an install of our new Climate Master Trilogy 30 Geo-thermal HVAC system. They were quick, knowledgeable, courteous and just overall, wonderful to work with. Bruce ensured to verify our new house from top to bottom to ensure the system was sized correctly. It Shay didn't take long for them to get the whole system in place and up and running. Our old water tank broke five days after we took possession of our new home and Bruce came over that same day installing one of the new tanks for our Geo-thermal ahead of the rest of the system so we weren't without hot water. I'd rate these guys a 10 on a scale of 1-5!

This company is more deserving than just five stars! Not only do they install quality products but they genuinely care about the people in their community. Robbie came to install a water heater for my mamaw who is 70 years old. She was hesitant about letting a stranger in her home. But Robbie came in and immediately felt like family. He preformed the job quickly and efficiently, informed my mamaw of every step in his process. But most of all, he was incredibly kind and personable. I would definitely use the company again. And highly recommend others do the same. Thank you OEI!

Great company!! Fast, reliable and smart. They had our furnace fixed in no time and were very friendly. I would recommend Ottersbach Enterprises anytime they were amazing.

Prompt efficient service

Called for them to come out and fix A/C that suposedly just needed cleaned and some freon added, said it was fixed and they even garenteed it for the summer! Great! Only problem is, it only helped cool my home for less than a week and my house is back to 80+ degrees. Every.
Day. Multiple calls asking them to come back and check it out have gotten NO WHERE. Every time they are schedule to come out or 'swing by', they either no-show us or 'reschedule' this has been going on for two months, with the phone tag and them just not showing up. Not professional and definitely would not recommend. I am 7 months pregnant and over it and very mad I wasted money on this company!!
