She was also very easy to talk to and took the time to answer questions and find the best deal for me , ultimately winning my business over extra space in Austin. Definitely hometown storage is a self storage of choice with a clean location, secure access, and great customer service not to mention nearly perfect price.

I gave a 75 dollar deposit to a Mexican worker and the Latina lady said I would get a email receipt. Never got one. Plus had Milwaukee impact drill, Milwaukee drill and grinder gone from my stuff. I told them I was going live which mean Facebook live and they called the cops and sent them to my house. Why no reason I told them I knew this was gonna happen and thank you have a blessed day they kept messaging me not me messaging them. This place is trash and ur stuff will come up missing and they will keep ur deposit. Boycott this place.
