Predatory. I have up-to-date, historic residential/commercial property home 3-bed/2-bath home, also a bungelow and designer antique commercial greenhouse that needs work, and a surveyed 1 1/2 acres of land that I want to sell, and they sent Jim over who gave me an estimate fifty percent less than what it is worth, even less than two negligent assessors. I looked online and saw that other properties in the area that have been sold recently in the past year with less updates, and less extras, and less land sold for more with other realtors. Disgusting.
