Great atmosphere and polite/professional people

I’ve been debating for months wether or not I will write this review. So here it goes. I had an appointment with Hannah for 2 months and she cancelled on me because something came up. No one called me though, I had emailed her about the tattoo I was wanting and that’s when I was told. So a 2nd appointment was scheduled and I was pushed back 6 weeks to January. A week before my appointment I gotten an email saying she needs to cancel again because she had a prior engagement. Even though she picked the day and had it scheduled for 6 weeks suddenly she remembered she had a prior engagement. I then emailed her back and told her that’s fine but would appreciate if she would work me in sooner than 6 weeks since she had already canceled on me once. She then messaged me back and said that she wasn’t the one who emailed me and that her assistant was wrong about her not being able to work that day. She said she could fit me in for a couple hours that day so we kept the appointed. So the day comes and 2 hours before the appointment she cancels again. Since this was the 2nd time cancelling and the 3rd time she tried to cancel, I asked her if I could have my $50 deposit back since I was committed to keeping the appointments but she failed to hold up on her end. She never emailed me back and I haven’t heard from her since. How she keeps business, I don’t know because if she is doing this to me, how many more people has she done this to? Very unprofessional. Now I’m out $50 and no tattoo. The deposit is supposed to protect the business from losing out on money in case someone doesn’t show up for their appointment. But what about when the business doesn’t hold up their end of the deal? She made $50 and did absolutely nothing. Absolutely not fair!
