Had to get a 2-inch submersible pump because our basement had flooded. Had it for almost a week and thought we were going to get hit with a huge fee. But we wasn't thankfully. If they would give veterans discounts that would have been even better. But because it's a different division they don't do that. Which I understand not all places do. But it would be nice.

Didn't know they could possibly keep my backpack blower for a month while under warranty during the fall when I needed it the most but, I know it will be fixed and I thought I posted this but, obviously I didn't. Got a call yesterday morning and it's ready to get picked up after a week and a half.

This place ROCKS!! Great place to get repairs on tools, rent tools, rent trucks and just sit in and listen to Floyd's barber shop conversations!! Very experienced tool technicians will get you up and going. The employees there have a wide range of experience!!
