Terrific service and work ethic

Never bought here because they will not answer phone. I tried to call today to get price/availability on SCH 35 I needed for job. They literally pick up the phone and slam it back down. Then I call again and it gets forwarded to the office. The lady answering said she had to transfer me back to the "guys" to get the price and info. I get transferred, and it says "no one is available to answer your call. I get it. YOU'RE BUSY!! Guess what? SO AM I!!! If your "guys" can't multi-task and put a call on hold while they service another customer, and then get back to them, shame on you. Every person you hang up on just goes and buys somewhere else, which is what I will be doing. Good luck growing your business.

Drove an hour to get fittings and they were closed at 4:23pm. Don’t post your times open if you aren’t going to stay open until that time. Super unprofessional. Sad I have to take my business elsewhere
