They even were willing to let me break my lease if I needed to move into an Assisted Living Care Facility. Thank God my health improved and I remained a tenant over the following 3 years. No matter what the situation was, Kseniya and the owner of Virtual Home Realty went beyond what they were required to do as a Rental Management Company. Lastly, when I needed my security deposit hand delivered to me a week after I moved out, they kindly wrote me a check for the entire amount. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Btw if you are wondering why I no longer am renting from Virtual Home Realty, it’s because I am relocating to another area in Florida to take care of my elderly parents. It’s bittersweet because I loved my rental and Flagler County, but I am looking forward to being there for my wonderful blessed parents.

We listed our condo with Alina at Yacht Harbor. Nothing was selling in the building so we had her to our house in Grand Haven to ask if we could sell the house and move to the condo three miles away. She said she had a buyer in NYC, made a call and did a zoom tour. He flew down next day, inspection and wife visit and in two weeks contracted to close 8/18. Alina is the finest I’ve ever worked with after owning and selling seven houses! She’s the real deal. Honest, up front and communicates along the way.
