I love their milkshakes! Service is usually great. It’s always great service from the Lip Gloss queen!

Forget to take a picture but we just got bacon cheeseburgers with a drink on ybe side they do offer free meals and our food was fresh

I found a mini potato in my little fries and it was delectable I love potatoes thank you five guys (the restaurant, not five actual guys)

Appears to be a new building and everything is new and clean and nice. Extremely fast Courteous. Only negative is that the medium fry was considerably smaller than other five guys. However still nearly impossible to finish.

Tastes great and simple ordering system. It’s clean ingredients. Also, who doesn’t love their free peanuts and the heaping extra fries they throw in the bag (on top of your order of fries- their thing). Only con is that parking can seem busy in front but you can find street parking just a head.

I frequent this five guys pretty often, and felt compelled to leave a positive review today because it's always a great experience with the staff, but today, in particular I could tell that they were very overwhelmed by orders. Orders. That place my order online like I typically do and when I came to pick it up I realized that not only did they have a line for people who would coming in to order. But they also had a line for people who were picking up for online orders and service orders. I think anyone in this situation would be very irritable and overwhelmed, but the staff was working very diligently to fulfill every order in a timely manner and they were apologizing for the wait which wasn't even that long. I think just watching their work ethic really made me appreciate the effort they were putting in to making sure that we got good service and good food. I hope whoever owns this location recognizes the good staff that they have on board. Thank you very much!

We went in 10 minutes before closing. The cashier was super helpful and patient. She had a smile on her face the whole time whilst helping me. The young mad bagging my order was also very friendly and smiley.

Went here hungover on a hot busy Sunday and was super relieved and impressed by the fast and efficient service, I ordered online and my food was ready exactly when it was supposed to be. It was delicious and plentiful, with the usual overspill of crispy fries gathered at the bottom of the bag. Exactly what I needed on a day of recovery, will return soon!

Food was amazing. Ordering through the app was super easy. They make your fries when you get there so they are fresh and warm when you get home. They have 2 freestyle coke machines that now can be operated from your phone due to covid precautions.

We stopped for the first time today and we were not disappointed at all. The service from the front counter to the staff really keeping things moving and clean..The cashier was so super nice and welcoming. They had tables spaced for those who wanted to eat inside although we got our lunch to go, They had masks and gloves on and public sanitizer for every customer entering building. My food was hot fresh and excellent! Those fries yum! We cannot wait to come back thru.

Food was just as good as expected! Place was nice and clean, everyone was very polite. Yes it's pricey, so honestly won't be frequented often as my medium meal will run close to 18 bucks. Personally hard to justify, but the quality was good. Everyone knows it can get expensive, just letting people know

Don't let anyone tell you they are overpriced. When you get a hot juicy burger, and those mashed potato inside fries, you'll know that they beat out the competitions bogo's and 2 fors deals. They don't need the gimmicks they got fresh handmade burgers everyday.

I went in their opening week with my family and got the best fries! There are some fresh faces and there was a minor error with my order, but when the manager gives you their full attention and doesn't let you leave unsatisfied it's easy to overlook. The staff is friendly and upbeat.

Can't say no to the free peanuts either.

I’ve been excited about trying this place ever since I saw on Facebook that they were opening at the new shopping center.

We went today (Sunday around 11:20 AM). We were the only ones here. We were promptly greeted with a smile by the cashier, and we placed our order. This isn’t the first time we’ve eaten at a Five Guys, so we were already prepared for the sticker shock of spending $25+ on two bacon cheeseburgers and an order of fries and budgeted accordingly.

This location is brand new. It’s very clean. Parking is available directly behind the shopping center (accessible via South Atlantic Avenue by the Hyatt House Hotel). Our food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time and was brought up to the counter by the cook. She was also pleasant and had a smile on her face.

We tore right into our burgers. Greasy. Fresh. Delicious. Bliss! You can tell the burger patties are better than other fast food places and are worth the pricing premium. They provide a GENEROUS portion of crispy fries—so many that we took the paper bag home to reheat some later in our oven as a side with our dinner.

I really hope they are able to maintain cleanliness, quality, and pleasantness in the coming months as more people learn about this location, and they get busier. This is one of only two locations in the city (the other being at Waterworks) with ample free parking. Parking is nearly impossible at the Oakland or Downtown locations.
