My Computer Man Onsite or Online Today

My old lap top died and need a new one. I called My Computer Man and they responded within 1 minute. They came out the same day, helped me order a new lap top. Took my old lap top to retrieve all my data. When new laptop arrived I called them and they were here the next morning. Kevin was very nolegable and proficient at his job. I would hi ghly recommend them to anyone. Also very reasonably priced. I give the a 5 Star rating

I was staying at a hotel, and I couldn't connect to the hotel's wifi; this inability to connect would have been a serious issue for me as a business man. I called My Computer Man, and spoke with Kevin (the owner) - he was able to rearrange the schedule of one of his techs, and his son (also Kevin) came out to my hotel and addressed the issue, at a very fair price. I couldn't be more grateful and pleased! This company is "old school," and it's evident that they are very concerned about rendering outstanding customer service! I actually have hired them to provide remote service to my office!

This is the place you need to trust your computer needs to as they will be honest and tell you even what you don’t need. They provided a lot of help to me in just choosing the right computer. When I moved out of state they continued helping me virtually. They are more than reasonable on cost and are friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to use their services as they have earned my trust and respect.

Kevin is awesome...I had a bit of a mess with the installation of a new computer, being electronically challenged myself. He fixed all the stuff that was not quite right, added anything that was missing, made sure security was addressed and set up shortcuts to everything important and explained everything he was doing along the way. If, I have questions, I can call for help!

Words simply cannot express how THRILLED I am with My Computer Man!! I work remotely, fulltime, using a computer plus 3 monitor screens. Initially, I needed help with my laptop, which had started overheating from memory overload. Understanding how urgent this situation was for me, they arranged to remotely resolve the issues so that I didn't miss any time from work. Next, I needed a new desktop PC installed with 3 monitors and a docking station. Kevin Jr was not only punctual and professional, but also incredibly pleasant and patient. Within a very short amount of time, he had all my data set up on the new machine and all programs and devices up and running without me ever missing a beat of work time. My new PC runs like a Ferrari on the Autobahn--I would never have been able to do this without the services of My Computer Man. The fees are very reasonable and absolutely worth every penny.
