Had several good techs in the past, Don and Joe were here today and did a very thorough job of servicing. Cleaned the coils thoroughly and flushed the drain line completely. Double checked everything and gave us a clean record. Very courteous and friendly.

I called Mike Morello Inc. yesterday morning because their sticker was on my A/C unit as the company that serviced the unit before I purchased the home. The lady on the phone was very nice and professional! She updated the account with my information and she was very accommodating when setting my appointment. She worked around my schedule to get someone to my home after I got off. Gabe was the technician that came to my home. He called to make sure I was there and let me know he would be there soon. Gabe was NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING! He checked the system, figured out the issue, let me know what he had to do and repaired it immediately! Gabe was polite, knowledgeable and professional! Thank you guys for your great customer service! My family and I really appreciate that! Keep up the good work guys! I would give you all 10 stars ⭐ if I could!

As promised a crew came this afternoon to repair a leaking problem with the air conditioner from the drain pipe. They found the problem and made the repairs. Don and Joe did a great job. Cleaned up everything including wet spots around unit. By the way. I called this morning and was fitted into the schedule for today. Been a customer for over 7 years. Every job has been well done. Thanks again.

Don came out today to perform maintenance on my AC unit. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He was meticulous with his work, paying attention to detail. He shared knowledge to help me take care of the AC drain from plugging up.
I have used Morello for the past year and a half since moving to Ormond Beach. They replaced a capacitor, serviced the AC/ furnace four times, and cleaned our air ducts. I am very pleased with their performance and customer service. When something broke, they came out within a day to repair the item. I would highly recommend Mike Morello for AC/furnace work.

I was running late and the technician told me it wasn’t a problem and that they would wait (thank you).. when I got home they were patiently waiting and did not have my driveway blocked making sure I could get into my drive way (thank you)… the technician brought my newspaper which was at the bottom of my driveway up to my front door while he was waiting for me to come home. (Thank you)… the men were very thorough, they cleaned the outdoor system and inside equipment as well, and made sure things were running smoothly (thank you). These gentlemen had the best customer service skills that I have seen in quite some time. And they completed the job which they were here to do without any hiccups.

Don and Joe came today for my semi annual service maintenance call. They did an excellent job, they were here exactly on time, they answered all my questions and they performed the AC check completely and expeditiously.
I have been with Mike Morello ever since I moved here 10 years ago. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for my AC care.

I signed up for the semi-annual maintenance for A/C. Don and Joe were very thorough. They flushed the system, replaced the filter, cleaned coils, cleared some brush, checked the Freon and so much more. Twice a year for $139 seems like a great deal.

This was our first ever experience with Mike morello after having a not-so-great experience with another local company. I am so so thankful we chose them. Don came out and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. He definitely went way above the call of duty, he spent hours here cleaning up our system. The last company left behind a huge mess. Even left a hammer inside the system, believe it or not. Any ways. It literally looked brand new when he was done with it. I was shocked. I insisted he take a tip but he wouldn’t even take it. Seriously such a great guy. I’ll definitely be requesting him specifically in the future, but.. judging by the way they run things.. I bet all the guys are great. Thanks for a good experience, looking forward to a long relationship with this company.

I have been using Mike Morello since moving to our house in Palm Coast. Their tag was on our air handler. We hired them to do the maintenance twice a year. Wonderful employees. They put our new unit in. We also hired them to do the maintenance on our office ac unit in Ormond Beach. A great company to work with. Don came to my house today for the twice a year maintenance. Very thorough. I recommend 100%.

It is as simple as this, once it became clear to me that Morello provided a dependable and high quality service, every time, as well as the best prices on my 2 new A/Cs, besting the other companies in all categories, the decision was quite easy. Entering my 5th year with Morello, I remain delighted with my choice. And while all of the Morello service reps were excellent, the standout individual, for me at least, is Don. His work, especially, provides me with a much appreciated level of comfort.

The tech came on time, was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. His work was thorough and complete with information of what he was doing. His name was Joe C. and he can service my unit in the next visit too.

Will was patient and consistent in his work. He made sure all of our drain lines were open. He told us to use Clorox in drain follow by warm water once a month. That was invaluable information. He is an asset to your organization

We had our dryer vent cleaned and were very satisfied with the techs and work they did. Quick, but thorough and cleaned up afterwards.

Don recently completed a very thorough job of preventative maintenance on the AC units, detailed inspection and cleaning on one of my rental properties. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.
