Eduard was very professional and friendly. After moving in to a rental home, several days later, we discovered water on the floor by the AC handler. He responded on time and quickly got to work. He located a buried drain line in the yard, took the time to dig it out and installed pipe to allow my AC to drain properly/ cleaned everything throughly. Highly recommend Eduard!

We had to make an emergency call late in the evening, Ed was there within an hour and within 30 minutes had our ac back working and ice cold. Ed was very professional, kind and efficient. He even reached out the next day to make sure it was still

Platinum service is great. They came quickly to check my AC units. They spotted the problem right away. They fixed the issue and I enrolled in their membership program. They fixed and issued that another company didn’t fix after 4 times changing things and over charging me. Platinum fees were acceptable and they tried to work with me on pricing. In 4 years leaving in my house, the AC is finally working as it should and ready for summer time.

Called Platinum 9:00pm and got the owner on the phone. Not a machine.
Explained my problem and he gave me a choice to come out tonight or early tomorrow morning.

Great service. I called in the Sunday afternoon when my AC stopped working. Ed was here in short time. He didn’t charge me for diagnostic and upon review his proposal I decided to have a new unit installed. Ed installed the new AC in less than 4 hours. Ed was very professional and knowledgeable. After struggling to get my AC repaired I thought I had found resolution with another company thru the recommendations of Appliance Insurance coverage company. Little did I know at the time, that they would do more damage and take over a year to figure out and attempt to fix. I called Platinum HVAC once my unit stopped working completely.

The response time when I called the number was instant. I wasn't waiting days for a call back, I wasn't talking to a machine trying to follow up. I was able to talk to a person right away and in less then an hour the tech was on site, evaluating the issue and was able to point out all the bad things the other techs did to temporarily 'fix' the job but also add more damage to the whole unit as a whole.

Case in point, I had to replace the unit. He was able to work out a deal to have the entire unit replaced with warranties. I had expected not having a AC for a week least while they got parts and scheduled a install date. This was Sunday, they were on site Tuesday morning installing a new unit. They were fast, professional and I won't go anywhere else but these guys ever again. I highly recommend them not just for there professionalism but the pride in the good work they do.
