I’ve been with NFCU for over 40 years and I am so proud being a member. Their compassion is truly genuine. I had a sad situation happen and every rep from the phone to in person were amazing. As I was making my transaction's I spent so much time crying and every single one of them were so kind in making sure my transactions were taken care of in the upmost kind and gentle spirit.

There are not enough words to say how grateful I am for their act of pure kindness. All of my financial needs have always been met through the years with the upmost respect.

Each time I go to this location (and others), I am always greeted with a warm greeting and smile. I inquired about the position of the woman who greeted me when I first walked in and she told me that she was the branch assistant manager❣ I was surprised. The tellers are always friendly, efficient and welcoming also❣

Just came in a sat down with Meghan (hopefully I spelled her name right). She was absolutely wonderful we discussed credit and everything that I needed to do and know for my credit journey, she was so knowledgeable about everything and reassured me the whole way through! Absolutely loved her <3

I went in to this location for the first time. I was greeted instantly. The staff was kind and professional. My problem was handled immediately. I was out the door in 5 minutes. I couldn't ask for more. I now know where I'll be going for all my NFCU needs. Thank you.

Meghan was just the sweetest!!!! The process of my withdrawal was easy, i felt safe and she made me feel welcomed and was very patient with me.

Today I was in need of a transaction that was a little tricky. Shelita went above and beyond when she didn’t have to and took her time to explore all her given resources to help me. Even though the branch was busy, I was never rushed. I felt she truly want to help and make sure I left with all my questions and concerns addressed.
