KFC

Stopped in for a family supper, ordered the 16 piece chicken with 4 LG sides and 8 biscuits. The service was fast, the chicken and mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and corn were all delicious, as were the biscuits. We all enjoyed a great meal. The facility was also very clean. Thank you KFC.

Well I was in the drive tru and some 9ne very cane took care of me in the microphone. Was Mrs Leticia I ask her if she was the manager she said yes ,I said no wonder you so polite with customers. Very exelent costomer service for what i experience that day👍.

Great food and amazing cashier Natasha is very knowledgeable and gets you the best package for the price. Natasha is extremely friendly and best customer service I have seen in years for a cashier. This lady is manager material.

OMG!!! They just started putting DOUBLE-BUTTER on their biscuits!! You GOTTA try them! They butter them before they bake them & butter them again after😋😋We always do drive-thru there & have had great service.

In 8 years I been there 4 times and every single time the wait time for the food it’s ridiculous.

I haven’t eaten from here in a few years because the last time I came here, the chicken was half cooked and dripping grease. Today I stopped in because I had my grandkids with me, and it’s what they wanted. I AM 💯% satisfied with the food, the atmosphere, and the employees were all nice. Thank you for the changes you’ve made, I’m glad to know I can start coming back here again. Great job guys!

At certain times there can be a wait but the Chicken is Fresh!

Went here few minutes after opening for something quick, got a free drink while waiting for the order from the cashier and I was just missing my second side of potatoes. After telling them the manager gave me a cake for my missing the item. The service was honestly better than what you’d expect from Chik-fila. Thank you cashier and manager.

Dining room is close. Only drive thru open.

Drive thru was really slow. I believe they were understaffed. Anthony did an awesome job attempting not to get orders mixed up by writing the color and name brand of the car on the receipt! Way to stay on top of things, Anthony!!!

Always kind and helpful and quick servers. Order oickup is akways reliable and accurate. They have been part of a friendly little "Best tasting chicken wing" competition with local restaurants we have been doing amongst friends. We use it while providing lunch to young people we mentor. KFC has easily made it to the Finals!!! We have them paired up with Sonnys BBQ for the championship! They made it there thru an eight team(store) bracket. Congrats KFC.!

When the chicken sandwiches are fresh,(when the chicken breast is fresh out of the fryer,) they are the best, bar none.

Amazing location! Always great service with a smile. Everyone that works at this location has the best attitude, no matter how busy they are. Food is always hot and delicious. Lee is usually the guy that we get when going through the drive through, he deserves 10 stars! We will keep coming back!

I’ve never had a negative experience. Since they’ve remodeled a few years ago, they’ve stepped up their game! They really go the extra mile for you. I was in the mood for some late night tenders and they were about 30mins from closing and had run out of tenders. Instead of saying they didn’t have any, they cooked a whole fresh batch for me and the other late nighters that were craving tenders! They’re honestly the best.

The food was very good and fresh. The service was fast and employees were super friendly. We haven't had such great luck with this particular Palm Coast location in the past but it seems that they have changed things around for the better the last couple times we've been there. Great job to whoever is in charge 👏

Date 12/4/2021 Time around 6pm. Whoever owns or manages this KFC has 2 employees that they need to do everything in their power to keep! These 2 employees are gold, give them raises. I'm not joking, having worked in the food industry before, you got some good ones there.

The girl that took my order was pulling a double, dealing with employees that kept asking to leave early and handling it like a pro.

The guy was dealing with Grubhub orders and I swear to god, they all wanted pot pies and he was being very patient explaining they were out, offering substitutes and even sending messages to the customers himself when there was a language barrier on the grubhub drivers side. He handled this with complete professionalism and grace. You got 2 great employees.
