The staff of PuroClean were efficient, professional, and polite. For each phase of our project they were on time and worked tirelessly. They cleaned up all of their materials and equipment and did a beautiful job. After struggling through the insurance process, my most particular thanks to Alex Gonzalez who helped to make a very smooth transition. Highly recommend.

Alex responded immediately to our call for mitigation and build back of our rental which had considerable damage from a broken A/C pipe. He kept us informed of the process and progress on an almost daily basis and provided us with a detailed agenda of the work to be done. He also expedited the process with our insurance company. The final product was excellent. No complaints.

Alex and the team were great! After finding out the coverage I had was not sufficient and their services would not be covered, they handled it with the upmost professional and thoughtful care. They allowed me to hold on to 2 air scrubbers and a dehumidifier to dry out my basement for the next 2 days. This allowed me to get a head start on w the cleanup when they didn’t have to. A year or so ago, a friend had to have mold remediation of her house due to water damage. She had changed to Puroclean after another company failed to remove the mold despite having been called back twice.
Therefore, it was his company that came to mind when I needed smoke remediation. My relative had a rental condo where the tenant ended up being a heavy smoker. Picture not only heavy smoke smell throughout the unit but soot stains on walls and ceiling. She needed to have it remediated as her son was moving back to New Jersey and into the unit. Unfortunately, he has asthma and his attacks are triggered by smoke. Alex was very patient when explaining the process of remediation and answered all my question throughly. His communication skills were excellent, He promptly returned my calls/texts when I had questions. I found his pricing competitive and fair. Hopefully, I will never need to have remediation again, but if needed, Alex will be the first person I call. Thank you again Alex for the great job.

We experienced an accidental leak from our upstairs shower that caused water damage to our dining room. What was a very stressful situation to begin with, Alex and his employees at PuroClean resolved it in no time. They are efficient, clean and professional in their work. We had a water leak while we were away for 6 days. Apparently it started around the first day or two when we left. We had three companies come in and give us estimates to repair and reconstruct the multiple rooms affected by the water leak. Alex Gonzalez of PuroClean was the only one who explained everything throughly and had his crew on time every day until the job was done. He worked with our insurance company and handled all the details taking away all of the stress that usually comes to the homeowners with a job like this.
