I wanted to take this time to give acknowledgment to Sydnie- Shift Manager at your Palm Coast, FL Location. I am a regular customer at this location and decided to return on November 22, 2019, for dinner. Upon my entry into the restaurant, there was a lady using loud language and very upset at the fact that Sydnie did not understand her questions and or request.

Being perfectly honest with you, I was very confused at trying to understand what the lady wanted as it was evident that she suffered from a form of speech impermanent that prevented her from being understood properly when speaking. What stood out to me the most was that Sydnie remained calm and used additional visual ways to assist this very rude lady with her order.

I mean the lady was hollering at her very loud and just loosing self-control of herself and dignity which I found to be very unnecessary Through it all Sydnie remained respectful with this customer and completed the complete process through cash out of her order. I was so proud of the way that Sydnie handled herself and provided excellent leadership and people skills during my visit. This being said, I wanted to make sure that I took the time to express my observations with the leadership team of your company.

Yes, Sydnie is very young in her role as a shift manager, but it made me proud to know that I was able to understand why she was allowed to advance into management with your organization. I can only hope that Sydnie continues to learn and grow in her role with your company and I just want her to know that she did a Fantastic job overseeing her shift on the very hectic Friday night.

I was very excited to learn that Palm Coast would now have a Moe's in our local community. I was very impressed with the friendly greet that I received from all the staff as I entered the building. The environment was welcoming and the layout of the restaurant was big enough so that you would not feel cramped.

My food order was made to my liking and the restaurant was very clean. Overall, I was VERY impressed and satisfied with my visit and I am sure you will be as well!!

This location is great! Nick and his staff are amazing and always ready to serve the best Moes has to offer!

The evening rush had already passed, but they were not out of anything, which was great. Everything was spotless, the food was hot and fast, I would recommend!

I absolutely love this place... Wrong Doug is amazing and well everything is amazing. The homewrecker is huge and so good.

For was made to order and very large portions appropriate for the the prices. The food preparer was pleasant and we were happy to see a nice smile while answer questions and helping us to decide what we were to eat. Thank you

Walked in STARVING after lunch hr, ordered an Adobo ckn burrito w extra veg, lettuce, and sour cream.

The Lass that served me was personable and sincerely kind... She single-handedly converted my loyalty from Chipotle to Moe's simply for y'all's cilantro rice, adobo chicky and vaster veg variety... AND my burrito was shaped like a burrito-- unlike Chipotle's "lumpy softball"-shaped burrito wrapping skills.

Welcome to Moe's. Best sound to hear

Nice place, nice service, good food. I liked it and will go back. ... oh portions are huge too so it's a plus whether you are hungry or want left over.

I came in with my family today and was greeted with a loud welcome to Moes. The team had nothing but smiles they were very helpful and energize. Place was very clean and the food was very delicious. I also was told to take a survey and receive $2 off my next visit at any participating location. While eating in the dining room one of their friendly employees. Ask if we need anything and how was our meal. Before Ashley return back to work. She made sure she told us that kids eat free on Tuesdays with the purchase of an entree. You guys are great thank you and I will be back again.

So I love the fact it's quiet I can eat and enjoy unlimited chips and salsa with my meal and a nice cocktail or two.
Catch up on some reading using their free WiFi and my tablet.
This last time it was 6ish and seem like they were busy. A little wait a couple times while they are checking good temp and cleaning up.
All in all they acknowledged and excused themself after they saw me looking over the food and at them :)

The only thing I don't like is how Moe's makes the workers yell out "Welcome to Moe's!" All I think of is hiw, every night, they must dream saying that in their sleep! They're busy serving us some good food. I know they don't make big bank there. Let them concentrate on that great good and put their greeting energy into exemplary customer service. I've never met an unkind team member at our Ormond or Palm Coast Moe's. Nice young people there.

Okay I've got to give it 12 just for pure size freshness and taste of the food I also want to give it My recommendation for a quote-unquote taco place well above and beyond Taco Bell lol staff was friendly polite and quick to serve okay I'll change it to five stars they only thing I didn't like is how small the menu was but hey it's all the same stuff just made in a different order or way ....

Delicious food, courteous people with a smile that made me feel welcome. "Welcome to Moe's", they cry out greeting as you walk in. Remember to leave tip in the gas can for the crew. 🤓

The food was great, the salsas are plenty and Spicy, but the service, that was amazing! The guy that served us, was truly an artist that was having fun doing his job!

We come to Moe’s on a weekly basis and this place never fails to put a smile on our face and gives great food! Even though inventory shortages they have been able to work around it!! Great place!!

This place is fairly new here and it is clean and bright for a fast food restaurant. I habe never been to Moe' s Southwest restaurant because I am not into that type of food. Me wife insisted that I go in. I did order a bowl and chose the pull pork with salad tomatoes , onions, olives, Pico de Gallo (tomatoes, onions and cilantro in vinegar or lime) slice cheese and small bit of rice with their two sauces on the side. I was pleasantly surprised at how good, fresh everything was, including the crispy basket it was served in. My wife had a chicken in soft taco with all the trimmings and she loved it. She said we hAve to come back. I will since it was all fresh and healthy. I would give this place 4 to 5 stars.

Best Mexican food that's a franchise. Everyone is so very friendly and food is delicious
