Palm Coast Hotel & Suites-I-95

Newly renovated fourth floor room pictured below. The receptionist was so kind at check in. The entrance shows a board of their renovation goals. The elevators are covered for renovation. Pool was closed for renovation. Everything is being renovated which is so great! Breakfast is served daily as well as checkout is later. Ignore the cry babies who say the renovation is horrible and inconvenient. If it was nasty they would complain about that too. Very nice select for the price! Quiet, felt safe and definitely nice and worth staying.

There’s a lot of complaints in reviews about the renovation in progress, but I enjoyed my stay very much. The woman at reception was very pleasant, the hallways smelled clean, the room itself was clean and had plenty of space. The bathroom was very clean as well. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet during the time I was there (Monday evening to Tuesday morning 6:40am) well be coming back here for our next visit and look forward to seeing the renovations made!

We stayed in this hotel for a week due to work. From the moment Pete, the GM, greeted us until check out, we have had a very pleasant experience with this hotel. Obviously, the hotel has changed owners and is due for some upgrades, but that didn't stop the staff from making sure we had a pleasant stay. The pool was nice and cool and perfect after a super hot and sweaty day of work. Its tucked back behind trees and Home Depot, but close enough to food so we could walk or make a very quick drive to eat at the hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

My camper is in the shopping so I needed a place to stay for a couple of days. On a holiday weekend everything was expensive and well booked. This place seemed reasonably priced and located near a couple of restaurants. My first thought was, " What is wrong with it". Well, my room was nice, the fridge a decent size, and the coffee maker worked. Plenty of towels. The bathroom was clean and appeared well maintained. A nice big parking lot. The pool is a little small and lacks enough chairs, though. I will probably stay again sometime.

Gorgeous hotel that is getting remodeled, 3rd & 4th floor completely finished with brand new everything. 1st & 2 floor still in progress, their construction crews are moving at good pace.

I stayed in a king size room on the 4th floor, there is an amazing lake right next to the hotel that has some awesome views.

The water pressure in the shower is perfect & they have plenty of hot water. The wifi is super fast, they have plenty of ice in their ice machines, they also have breakfast every morning, i didn’t try the breakfast, I cook all my own meals ahead of time (I’m 100% carnivore). The pool is super clean & good size to swim around in.

The front desk guy Pete that checked me in was super nice, very professional, super hospitable & was always working on something, helping guests, pulling weeds, cutting dead branches, Pete was non stop until he got into his vehicle to go home. I was impressed.

I work in construction, thanks to my Papa God my company puts me up for the week in different hotels depending on the areas I’m working in. It’s nice to have a nice clean beautiful home away from home while I’m working.

It’s also right across the way from Home Depot, a big plus for me because I m there 3 time a week picking up more hardware for my job.

This place fills up fast, the few guests & staff I met were all super friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting or working in or near Palm Coast.

Customer Service was great. The sheets were clean, room was clean and spacious(got the king suite), the contental breakfast had bagels, muffins, sausage biscuits, fruit cup, yogurt, various ceral, oatmeal, breakfast bars, apple juice, orange juice, and 3 different types of coffee. They are under construction right now, but it didn't impact my stay in the slightest. I would definitely stay again. 10/10 recommend.

You get what you pay for. The hotel is getting ready for a remodel and definitely needs it. Compared to the prices at other hotels, I really can't complain. Free parking, free continental breakfast.

The customer service was simply excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They didn't refresh the rooms daily but when I asked they made sure it was done. The continental breakfast should have some healthy options and fruit NOT DIABETIC FRIENDLY...I asked about fruit and was told it's coming soon. They seem very accommodating. Overall I enjoyed my stay and definitely will return. Outback and Wild ginger and home depot...lol is within walking distance and a few othe things. It's hidden but right in the midst of everything you may need.

We had low expectations due to the price we paid. All of the staff, especially Jeff and Cassie were wonderful, room was clean, beds were comfortable! We enjoyed an afternoon down by the pool which was very clean along with good seating. The hotel is rebranding so signage is missing but overall we had a wonderful stay!!

We came during their renovation period, the rooms were clean, just older. Hadn't been remodeled yet but the staff are so great! Especially Daisy. Keep up the great work and can't wait to visit again when the reconstruction is finished!

Friendly staff, clean room, breakfast included, and close to many stores/restaurants. Will be my go-to when I'm back in the area.

En verdad lo recomiendo ha aclaró en el desayuno debería ver algunos cambios un poquito más variados y la chica debería ser más tratable cuando se le haga una pregunta por lo demás está espectacular
