I say this with complete confidence, because Coastal Cab/David is a “God-send” to our local community! My experience was one that many parents may have been through. My children were not able to be picked in time after school and I had to consider with discernment getting them an Uber but something ( mother’s intuition) told me to check for a local car service. I read the reviews for Coastal Cab and gave them a call. I spoke with David, told him my situation and he was very concerned for the boys (jr. high & high school students) being outside the school waiting alone. Fortunately, he has children that attend FBCA as well! To me this was a blessing and a relief to know he also is well know by the staff there.
My boys told me he was super kind and they felt at ease driving in his vehicle. David called me immediately after dropping them off and told me not to worry about paying, it was on him! I couldn’t believe, but he knew how worried I was about letting my children ride with a stranger and he really made this a great experience. I highly recommend using coastal cab to all my friends and family!

I was skeptical about any taxi service due to a very bad experience with a different company. I was over an hour late and on the verge of losing my job due to them continuously coming late, even with scheduling 24 hours in advance. I called Coastal, very polite, driver was super sweet & they arrived EARLY!!! I didn't get any names but the man on the phone asked what time I had to work to make sure I got there on time. Highly recommend. Very professional. Super Affordable. Will only use Coastal !

Only cab service I will take! Never been late. Can call morning of or night before and always here. I depend on coastal cab to get to work and I've never been let down yet. Very comfortable and enjoyable ride! Only taxi service that has truly done right by me and is a genuine service. Def the ones to choose! I used this service for transportation to the airport on Christmas Day! I highly recommend using them, I was very thankful for the conversation and for the time taken to make sure I was able to get on a plane after my initial plane was delayed.
