Absolutely amazing and very, very professional. Love them. Well, our family loves them. Most importantly our daughter with her great looking teeth appreciates the end product. The front desk is quick and fast and always has an answer. But really. The doctor/dentist. Bravo Zulu. I just wish a candy store wasn’t always next door, she always thinks she should get a treat, because of how brave she is.

Awesome ortho office! Got my oldest almost finished with her braces and my youngest will be starting soon. Excellent payment plans, reminder for appt phone calls, friendly staff, calm ambience as soon as you walk in, highly recommend.

We love Zell Orthodontics, both of my daughters are seen here. Dr. Zell is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail and what the necessary steps are. All of the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable as well. Definitely recommend if you are looking for an Orthodontist.

They followed up on my braces, when I entered the lobby the people were very friendly, each nurse who treated me did so delicately and the doctor was always attentive and explained to me the process and progress of the work on my braces. The care was so good that now my 13-year-old daughter is wearing braces and we are still here. 100% recommended, they are very professional.

I wish I could give Dr. Zell and her staff a million stars. During my time in braces, everything was explained to me in detail and with confidence. There are two locations. Both are superd in cleanliness and comfort. Dr. Zell, and her staff Lynn, Casey, Lisa, Brooke, Wendy, and Melissa are amazing at their jobs and full of knowledge. Dr. Zell is very kind and gentle, and I never had a problem with scheduling appointments or the office being able to work around my BUSY schedule. I will be bringing my children here for treatment, and I will refer all my friends and family about this amazing doctor!!!

Dr Zell and her staff are AWESOME. The office is really comfortable, from the waiting room to the dentists chairs - sleek, modern, welcoming, and of course clean. I've only needed one 'emergency' appointment, and they were able to fit me in as soon as I could get there.
Dr Zell is also the only orthodontist that has taken the time to explain to me that moving the teeth "the fastest possible way" is NOT what is best for me LONG-TERM, because it could weaken my jaw bone if they are moved too fast. Being honest, she occasionally runs a couple of minutes 'behind' (maybe 10-15, not excessive though) BECAUSE she takes the time to actually talk to her patients at each appointment and explain what she is doing, and what she's expecting to happen before the next appointment.

I was so happy when this location finally opened because it is closer to where I live. I love the other location, but this one is more convenient. At present, I have been a customer for a couple of a years now and I absolutely love them! I get to experience the same staff from the other location. They are still amazing and extremely professional. and they make you feel like family. My son had his braces through Zell and now it is my daughter's turn. Zell Orthodontics is definitely who I will be selecting because they are excellent at their job, and the customer service is awesome.
