This is a hidden gem if you love German food! The German Mac & Cheese is so good and so unique. Plus it’s a really nice size for the money so it’s an excellent value. The cucumber salad is fantastic! So refreshing. Staff here are amazing, there was a gentleman and a woman working when we went and they were super friendly people and super hospitable to us while we were here. I would highly recommend if you enjoy authentic German food!!

My husband was stationed in Germany for several years while he was in the Air Force. So anytime we have an opportunity to eat German food we do not pass it up. Schnitzel time did not disappoint! My husband had Rhamschnitzel with spatzel and I had Hunterschitzel with potato salad and we also enjoy the cucumber salad. My husband said it took him right back to Germany. The food was delicious! And the owner operators are a family and they are just wonderfully nice. We highly recommend checking this place out we will be back!

Great little spot, slice of Germany and Europe right here in Palm Coast! We've been to Germany many times and know what to expect so this place delivers. Helmut, the owner was there and was super friendly, went over menu and their backstory. We ordered Schnitzel Time platter: 2 schnitzel, sausages and 3 sides & 3 schnitzel sauces sample to try. Place is perfect, except for the location hopefully they move to Euro Village one day if skyhigh rent goes down... would be perfect match with courtyard essen und trinken! Prost 🍻🍺🍻

Excellent time at Schnitzel-Time! My boyfriend and I are on a quest to try out all the German restaurants in driving distance, and this was our first as it is closest to us. Everything got a hearty 👍👍 from both of us. I had the kasespatzle (German Mac & Cheese) and the Gurkensalat (cucumber salad.). The Gurkensalat was like how my Oma used to make it. So refreshing on a hot summer day! I'd never had kasespatzle before, but it was *divine.*. My boyfriend had a schnitzel and Kartoffelsalat (potato salad.) He was extremely pleased with his. We're definitely returning in the future.

Very clean bathroom, too.

Loved this place. Three of us ordered a bunch of food and split everything. The schnitzels were great but the brats may have stolen the show. We got one as an appetizer and split it. I didn't want to share it at all. Was hoping they sold them to take home but only in the store. The kraut was good too. I'll be back!

We read about this place in the newspaper and it had said they were slammed since they opened a month ago. We decided to drive up there to go is it a try. They did not disappoint ! First off, don’t question your GPS when it brings you to a BP gas station, as they are part of the same building. The owner, who was bussing tables, serving food, taking orders and even cleaning the tables, recently immigrated from Austria, definitely knows his German food. The 4 of us ordered the Currywurst, Bratwurst in a roll, Hunter Schnitzel with mushroom gravy and a German Mac n Cheese. They were all amazing! Very authentic and delicious! Small place with only a handful of tables but worth the wait!

SCHNITZEL TIME! Wow what a pleasant Palm Coast surprise. Family owned, very friendly, good beer selection, everything was fresh and seasoned well. We stopped in for a late lunch today and tried their Hunters Schnitel w/cucumber salad and Bratwurst on a bed of warm kraut and onions and creamy garlic soup. The soup was very decadent and smooth, the buttery garlic hits immediately and sends your pallet to pleasure town while the complexity of the potato and other herbs shine through a bit later leaving you wanting more. The bratwurst was prepared in-house very lean meat and the warm kraut and sweet onions gave just enough moisture to offset the low-fat wurst. The pork schnitzel was thin and tender. I was able to cut it with my fork. Breaded, fried, and well drained...I couldn't tell I was eating something fried at all. The schnitzel was covered in a thick flavorful brown gravy with bacon and mushrooms and a loaf of fresh backed bread to sop up all that delicious excess gravy.

I have to admit my expectations were low, but beyond met given the location and I would suggest they consider expanding the menu eventually, but I'm super impressed local that will be adding this place to our date night list!

If you like German food, try this place!!!!!

It is not your normal touristy German restaurant (with the music and Decor), but it is legit! The owners are German and they're super nice. The food was really good, we got the schnitzel platter and it was a big portion for two. My son got the spatzel with bacon which was also really good. They had 3 different types of German beers and regular sodas. Don't forget to try the sauces, and sides.

Overall, it does not taste (again) like a touristy German restaurant, but I personally enjoyed it more.

This was our first time and definitely not our last! The food was incredible. We were both very pleased with our meals and the portions. We both had the creamed schnitzel. We also had the egg noodles, saurkraut, and cucumber salad. The owners were very polite and made sure the menu was understood and we enjoyed everything. Great job Schnitzel Time!

We went there today for the grand opening and had lunch. The jagerschnitzel was excellent with the gravy and mushrooms. The bratwurst is made in house and the meat and bun combination was outstanding. The spatzel was excellent. Please give this place a try and support local restaurants.
The only suggestion would be to have some photos of each of the schnitzel items so people can view before they order......some people are familiar but many people may not be....for example what a jagerschnitzel looks like....it says "hunter" but people won't know it has mushrooms and a brown gravy. Everything is fresh and cooked to order so be patient for your order.

Schnitzel-Time recently opened on the north side of Palm Coast. It's a nice spot, recently remodeled, much more spacious than I anticipated. Seats around 20 at tables and two booths. Good menu of schnitzel and bratwurst options, plus several sides and a cooler for drinks. Menu says beer and wine but I did not check assortment.

I ordered the Jägerschnitzel. Nice portion, comes with a side (I chose the Spätzle) and also ordered a side of cucumber salad on a friend's recommendation. I was pleased to see that for carryout the gravy was separately packaged.

The Schnitzel was flavorful, still crispy despite the drive home. The hunter gravy was seriously some of the best I've ever had. Likewise the Spätzle and cucumber salad are definitely house made and delicious.

Prices are fair for the quality and quantity. Friendly owner and staff. I will definitely be back.

Open Tuesday thru Saturday 11 am - 8 pm.

They're located at 1755 Palm Harbor Pkwy, Palm Coast, FL 32137. It's in the BP gas station parking lot. Always a good sign in the south. 😎

We are a fan of German food and happened to randomly find this gem. Food is delicious and service was great. We got the sample platter for 2 which had schnitzel and brats with sides and was so good!! They also had authentic German beer. Don’t let the location next to BP gas station scare you from going, especially if you like authentic German food!

Simply amazing, authentic German food! I wish I had taken pictures but the food was devoured before I remembered to take them. Cute little restaurant, we were a party of 9 and they put tables together for us. I was born and raised in Germany and so happy to have found this place! The only Tiny complaint is the restaurant was a bit warm but nothing unbearable. Will definitely be back regularly.

We waited a little while to allow the hype to calm down. Tonight my daughter wanted to try something from Schnitzel-Time. She went with the Schnitzel and fries and Kasespaetzal with cheese and caramelized onion. At home I made Haluski and Pierogi's to go with it. We can't wait to go sit down and dine in soon. Highly recommend.

Love the Bratwurst with kraut and onions from Schnitzel-Time. The Hunter Schnitzel with Spaetzle is delicious! This is a small family run place with very friendly staff. I've been here twice, will be coming back for more!

I work in Palm Coast occasionally and have been here a couple times. I ask them to surprise me, sit down and enjoy an amazing meal each time. Their sausage, schnitzel, sauerkraut, potato salad…all of it is amazing. The service is top notch - warm & friendly.

When your GPS takes you to the BP gas station, you’re in the right place. They’re attached at the same building and it was such a delightful surprise finding this gem. Enjoy!

Schnitzle-Time did not disappoint! This is exactly what Palm Coast needed…an original amazing place to eat! Service was fantastic and food was even better! Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection! Such a cute cozy place to grab a quick bite. You can take it to go or eat in! We literally ordered a little of everything and it was all fantastic and full of great flavor! Even my picky 5 yr old loved her some Schnitzel! The owners provided fantastic service and have such a great atmosphere! Will definitely be back for more!
