Eyecare Express

Dr Lind gave me the most thorough eye exam I've had in years, if not ever. Far from being rushed as in other places, he took his time, explained everything clearly, and inspired great confidence. I'll certainly be going back next time.

Went to them few years ago and had great experience getting contacts, my insurance changed and had to go Target, which I had been dealing with for 4 months with no luck, went back here today, just no comparison, these are the best eye doctors around, don't waste your time going anywhere else for contacts.

Extremely please with the service at Eyecare Express! Dr. Lind went out of his way to custom design glasses that will allow me to play billiards without squinting. His extra care and true concern for my happiness has made me a client as long as I am in PC. I also want to mention the entire staff are knowledgeable, very kind and attentive. Thanks Doc and team - I can see the balls!!!

I am in the healthcare field and I have to say the customer service here has been great they had to correct my contact lenses and they were able to exchange my contacts out for a improved set and made the exchange very easy you don’t find that much in healthcare centers today

Both doctors are professional and they make sure you know they actually care. Was seen quickly, and all my questions were answered. It was actually a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend.

Had an optical emergency (glasses broke while on vacation) they had me come right in! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I wish I lived here because the frame selection was outstanding!! Spoke with another customer- so friendly and has been going there years…he suggested a great Italian Pizza and Calamari!! Went that afternoon and told the waitress the story and she said that Eyecare Express is where sh goes and best in town!! She said a father and son team operate it and based on the multiple interactions from my first call, service desk technician, customer, and the pizza place (Mezzaluna) customer as well….I can say they get 5 Stars!!

This place dosnt have a website so at first I was a little worried but with so many 5 Star reviews I wanted to try them. The whole location is very very clean and organized, the staff are all very friendly and kind and my doctor was very knowledgeable and nice. I haven’t gotten a new prescription in the past 15 years so I knew it needed to be adjusted, I had a bad experience somewhere else with them over correcting my vision and constant headaches and they refused to help dial in my prescription further and just rewrote my old one. This place is far different from that experience, the doctor was kind and patient and did more eye tests then I think I’ve ever had in my life, it wasn’t just one screen, he went through a lot of steps to insure I got the proper prescription. Even the phone calls from Karen are sweet, she is extremely polite. I got my vision checked and the contacts came in very quickly and I absolutely love them. I can see so much clearer now it’s crazy. This place also dosnt over charge for services, contacts or glasses!!!! I ordered my contacts thru them and next I’m ordering glasses they have that are a very pretty blue. They have a wall that has hundreds of different styles and colors and brands, it’s not too many choices which is nice because it can be overwhelming to see thousands of options. I am very happy with this location and will be returning for any of my eye needs. Highly recommend!

First time eye exam and glasses ordered at this famiy-owned practice. What a pleasure doing business with these folks! Dr. Kris Lind conducted one of the most thorough eye exams I've ever had! Explained everything he was doing and why. Karen was extremely helpful assisting me in finding the right frames. Professional yet friendly, these people care about great customer service. Highly recommend this practice!
Addendum: Was promised my new glasses would be ready in approximately 7 to 10 days. Picked up my new prescription today, 6 days after my appointment last week. Could not be happier with the new prescription; they fit well, and the prescription is perfect. Again, a pleasure doing business with this company!

First time glasses buyer in addition to contacts and unknowingly bought 2 pairs and I wasn't happy with the way I saw near and far the Dr was more than happy to then change 1 pair to strictly reading and 1 pair for "TV" but I choose the heavy metal frame for the reading but the thick glass made them so heavy, LUCKILY The Drs know me so well and they had no problem changing them again. It's great having an awesome Drs Lind for difficult patients like myself 😲 I should have asked more questions. Lol

Very pleased. My son needs glasses and because he is 5 we've gotten the run around everywhere. They took us the day we called. I respect that the doctor told us he doesn't feel comfortable giving my son a prescription and is trying to get us into a specialist because it is a more complex prescription/exam than he has the ability to provide in his office. Here you will find a doctor that cares about his patients more than filling his pockets with an extra $1.

We were pleasantly surprised. Very thorough exam. So glad we tried them. First visit today ordered glasses for my husband. He was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff.

My Son went in for an eye exame today and was very well taken care by Patricia she was able to find the pair of glasses he has been searching for and Thanks to Patricias knowledge attention and patience he was very pleased! Also very happy his lenses can now be made thinner and also antiglare now he will feel more comfortable wearing his glasses daily. The prices are also reasonable and affordable I am very please with Dr Skyler Lind was great very kind and professional he put my son at ease and his amazing staff! We have been going to Dr. Lind since 2005; we are so VERY satisfied with him and. his staff. His son has now joined the practice, so it's likely to be around for a long time to come! There are no high pressure sale tactics, no extra tests, just the eye exam, and competitively priced contacts and glasses. I would highly recommend Eye Care Express. We couldn't be happier. Very accommodating and very easy to get an appointment within a day or two of your call!

I was in town on vacation and lost my glasses. I was able to get a same day appointment. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Lind is amazing. I live 500 miles from here but am in town enough to make this my new permanent eye doctor. I highly recommend Eye Care Express for all of your eye care needs.

Dr Skyler Lind was wonderful! He was so friendly and nice. I got sand in my eye and he saw me right away. I was nervous and he was very understanding. Great experience!

I just moved here and needed to find a new place. I LOVE it here!!! They are knowledgeable and very friendly. The doctor was very thorough and I felt like he cared! I also had a late appointment and they didn't even rush me out, even after I asked them if they wanted me to leave. You know how places can be at closing time. My kids had appointments the same day (ahead of me, I wasn't present) and their experience was also amazing. They felt super comfortable and loved all the staff there! Would DEFINITELY recommend!!!

The staff and Dr. Lind were all wonderful. I have been going to Tomoka Eye for many years. Dr. Lind spent more time with me and helped me more with my problem eye than any other doctor ever. He did tests that Tomoka never did, even though I went with the same problem. Thank you, Dr. Lind.

We received the best care! My husband had an emergency and I called to see if they would take a look at his eye. Doctor took him in, resolved the problem in a matter of 15 minutes. They have our business from now on. Thank you so so much!

Excellent service! Great optometrist! My perscription from my eye doctor was wrong, so when eyecare express made my lenses I could not see well. I came back to ask them to redo my lenses and use a prescription from my previous eye doctor, but the doctor from eyecare express did new refraction examination and they used his perscription to create new glasses. They did all of that for FREE! Definitely recommend!!!
