Mr.Martin and his apprentice were quick to respond when our pump went out. Very professional, very polite. I had tried several other companies we had used before and no one could come out until the next day. I will definitely use them again.

In such a tough time as this these guys responded quickly. Their prices were extremely competitive. Ashley was very helpful in scheduling and billing and Terry Martin did an amazing job. Took pride in his work and made sure it was done right and quick. Thanks guys! Highly recommend!

Mr. Martin came out done a quick repair in the pouring rain. Then his son came back and worked a little more to help me get through for a couple more day until we can get the major problem fixed days

The team showed up ready to go and all communications with May at the business were outstanding. I would recommend this company and I’m an out of state home owner here with no ties to the company. Well done-!!!

I had a well, pump, the entire package installed on my property May 2020 by MARTIN WELL DRILLING (his son done the work). I went to Mr. Martins business/residence and paid him cash (over $2700) when the job was completed. Just a few days later I had them return to replace a faulty switch, no problem. I called them yesterday, I needed them to check out my pump because it wouldn't hold pressure. I ended up leaving 2 messages yesterday. I called today to check and see when someone was going to be able to check it out. The secretary informed me that Mr. Martin wasn't sending anyone to check my pump, due to a balance that I owe. I was supposed to have refused to pay for services completed on a job on Mud Lake Rd, in which I do not live, nor do I know of anyone that lives out there. The secretary said she only knew that the person that didn't pay, her name was Susan. She didn't know her last name, Mr. Martin assumed it was me when I left my message yesterday with my name Susan Smart. I have asked them for an address where the work was done, and they can't give it to me because they can't find any paperwork showing it. I have asked to speak to Mr. Martin, and he refuses to talk to me. I don't appreciate being accused of having work done by Mr. Martin and his business and me skipping out on payment. I pay what I owe. So, if you think about dealing with Martin Well Drilling, I advise you to be careful.

Martin Well and Drilling was hired on our behalf by quality homes as a contractor. This was November 2021, moved into our home beginning in March 2022 and we are appalled by his lack of services when it comes to the warranty of his products because of losing water almost once or twice a month a week at a time. We had local water management company have to come out tell Martin what was wrong with it because we have lost water again and again, in total we have had 10 weeks worth of outages for no reason. He has chosen to abandon his well and has not repaired the well or given us a refund so we can find someone else to get the job done right the first time, especially considering the fact this has been an ongoing problem for him to do anything. Him and his daughter have been especially rude and argumentative that I'm not their customer and do not have to speak to me. It has gotten to the point where they screen my calls, block me and refuse to address the problems.

I called on a monday for service ..kept being told they would be out shortly.. after numerous phone calls and run-a-rounds by thursday just didnt answer their phone. By now, i'm 5 days without water!! My advise....call someone else like DRAINS PLUS of Jacksonville ( baker )he was here and had my water up and running within 1 hour!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Had a well installed 3 years ago. Called him to service. Very hard to get ahold of. Finally got a hold of made an appt then never showed up and never called

Had a new well dug and still pulling sand. Told them about it and still have not came to fix it

Very unprofessional, incredibly rude on the phone and poor quality service. This company does not deserve any stars at all.
