Very nice , newly opened Goodwill!
Huge store, very clean and well organized, hoping it stays that way!
Prices are as Goodwill goes with Tuesdays being a special sale day as well as a daily tag @ 50% off.
Books are not very plentiful nor marked well.lots of shoes!
Definitely going again but need to take your own shopping bags!!
Bathroom was clean as well. Cashier very friendly🙂

I love this Goodwill, the people who work there are friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is when the heck will their debit/pin pads work?? It’s getting to be a little ridiculous. My bank makes me put my pin in when I use my debit card, so please, so I can actually make some purchases, get your debit/pin pads working!

Glad to see that shopping center Is adding on Visited my first time a week ago. Huge selection & staff were kind. Fyi; You would need to bring your own bags. Luckily I didn’t purchase a lot.

For my self, shopping there felt overwhelming. Areas I believe could use improvement, few items were not labeled(priced) and/or not placed in the right section (by size) shoe section same thing. I was hoping for more reasonable price being it’s a thrift store. Used clothing should not be priced where i can buy new at other stores nearby. Again this is my opinion. However, I did find cute decor at a low price.

I’ll be back for sure & hope to have more time to shop.

I enjoy finding bargains at Goodwill. This store is new but it’s in an old shopping center that has parking issues and handicap accessibility issues. The prices especially for shoes are a bit high and organization should improve. Not my favorite Goodwill but I am hoping it will become a favorite. Welcome back to Pottstown!

A really huge store packed with a variety of stuff. Great clothing section!!! Decent prices too. A much needed shopping experience for the community.

I don't usually do negative reviews, but after what I witnessed while shopping at this particular Goodwill store, I have to speak up. The management here is very unprofessional. This was not a good shopping experience for us.

When we first arrived, two of their workers quit and walked out as we were walking in the door. Then a new cashier hire, who was doing a wonderful job that we saw, was repeatedly called over the intercom three different times within an hour and being harassed about her available hours. Hours she said she had clearly indicated on her job application and during her interview. Through all this interruption she was running from the register to the back room, being harassed by management, back to the register helping customers and not missing a beat. I wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't want to return after being treated like that on her very first day of work.

Another new hire said that she was called into work three separate times and still unable to clock in that day due to there being a conflict of interest with management. The way management was handling their employees was very chaotic and disorganized not to say inconsiderate which came across negatively. This left a very bad taste in our mouths as customers.
Needless to say, we will not be shopping at this store again and will take our business elsewhere.

I do NOT like he fact that online it is a label as a goodwill with an outlet (bins) section. Little to my surprise there wasn’t any. even tho i was hugely let down i decided to still check it out regardless. let’s just say it sucked. the men’s section was very VERY small and little to none in pants selection. save time and don’t go here and it shouldn’t be labeled as a goodwill bins.

Was sold broken electronic monitor.
I brought it in the following day with receipt. They admitted to not testing it before my purchase the day before. I suggested getting a new cord to try it, or an exchange. They told me they don't do returns. I stated the policy on their website which says they do for electronics. Proceeded to call the manager who told me they wouldn't because of the sign on the door which disregard the policy on their website allegedly. Josh the manager then proceeded to tell me to go get my own cord and try it, as he was unwilling to do anything to help my situation and basically showed me, the employees, and the other customers there how little he cares about us or his job. I left the monitor on the table. Moral of the story Josh, you failed to do your job by testing the merchandise, you wrongfully sold me damaged goods, then proceeded to tell me you wouldn't do anything to fix the situation.
Buy at your own risk, but I definitely won't back. Hopefully the higher ups at corporate Goodwill decide that Josh the manager shouldn't be either.

Very disappointed. No wheelchair accessibility. You're able to get onto the sidewalk but the doors open outwards and only open manually (no button to open the doors automatically). How the hell are you supposed to hold the door open and roll your wheelchair in at the same time?

Besides that, I agree with one of the other reviews that the prices are too high and it smelled BAD. I've never been in a thrift shop that smelled like that.

It was also incredibly disorganized. They had things sorted into "sections," but the sections were just loosely similar items thrown on cheap, metal shelves. The labels for the sections were like laminated paper taped to the shelves.

Not revisiting. You'll find me at Liberty Thrift in the future.

Just another overpriced Goodwill store. I’m not sure what I was expecting. This cooperation is out of their mind. They get their inventory for free and then mark it up to high heaven. Sorry, I’m not here to pay $11.99 for a used dress. Y’all realize the demographics of your target audience, right?

The staff was rude. Prices are to high for being a thrift store. Considering this is opening day you would think staff would be a bit more happy to be having customers. Very loud and smelled bad. Will not be returning

Kate L should have training on customer service. Very rude. Find another job if you don’t like this one.
