Great office staff, and Dr. Jeroudi is amazing from he started my injections about a yr and a half ago never had any problems. I'm not scared of needles so that was a plus. Dr. Jeroudi will not give up on you he will try everything to get those eyes well.

I was so worried about having my first round of injections done as I read blogs on the procedure and the aftercare and was petrified. The staff and Doctor Jaroudi explained everything thoroughly and put my mind at ease. The Doctor did an excellent job and my aftercare was seamless and easy. Shout out to Melissa for providing me a doctors note next day for work so promptly!

We are new to the area and my husband's retina specialist (Andrew Schimel, MD - an EXCELLENT doctor!!) in Miami recommended that my husband see a doctor at Florida Retina Institute. Needless to say, I was hesitant about my husband seeing a new doctor to continue his treatments after an occular stroke. My concerns were put at ease when I called to schedule my husband's first appointment. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Amy who set up the appointment couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. And then there's Merediith who I spoke with a few days later to confirm that the office had received my husband's medical records from Dr. Schimel. She told me she hadn't received them and offered to call and request them. BUT she didn't leave it at that, no, she called me to tell me that she had contacted the office and was told they would fax her the records. BUT, wait there's more, Meredith called me later that day to let me know she had received the records. Talk about going above and beyond! I feel a lot more confident about my husband's upcoming appointment because of my interactions with the staff.

An excellent experience from the day of surgery for a detached retina through all follow up appointments! The warm and cheerful greeting at the front desk and from the Dr's assistant Shannon were special pleasures! What a great team!!

I took an elderly client to this facility (Palm Coast) today for an appointment. All the staff members were simply amazing. I want to specifically recognize one young man, TJ. He was so kind and engaging with my senior. He took his time and made my client more at ease. I mentioned my client’s glasses were very loose and wouldn’t stay on, and TJ stated he wished he had brought his glasses tool set with him, as he would try to tighten them. He mentioned they had these tools at Walmart. I thanked him for the information. About 30 minutes later, TJ came into the room where my client was being treated, and he had went to Walmart and bought my client the tool set. I was simply blown away by this kind gesture. How many employees would do that? TJ should be rewarded with “employee of the year” for going above and beyond for my client. We were able to fix my client’s glasses that very night. Thank you TJ and the entire team! You are the best of the best!

I was having post operative discomfort after each eye treatment. It was really becoming an issue and making me dread my appointments. I spoke to the medical staff about it and they relayed my concerns to Dr. Staman. The Dr. Spoke to me about it and immediately gave a solution that has taken care of the issue. I have never had one bad visit since starting treatment several years ago. Each and every visit is made more pleasant by everyone, from the front desk to having my treatment. Thank you all so much. I am 73 yrs old and have been with FL Retina since 2014 when we moved to St. Augustine. I have EMD and have relied on their expertise to keep my eyesight! This group is no less than amazing...competent and caring and efficient!! The people who work for the Doctors at FL Retina are awesome as well- I've always felt confident with their help - almost as if they were my "family"!! Over the years they have not only become MORE efficient but have opened an office in the town we had moved to in 2021! I cannot sing the praises of FL Retina enough!!

Dr John Sranan and his team are excellent and caring. They not an “ assembly line” practice. Each patient is treated as an individual. They provide needed education, explain procedures in detail and take the time to answer questions.

Merridith in the Daytona office was the first interaction we had with this practice. She went above and beyond to help my husband become a new patient with Dr. Jeroudi in Palm Coast. Her knowledge and professionalism made the whole experience of becoming a new patient easy. Dr. Jeroudi knows his "stuff" and made us feel at ease with handling my husband's unique case. Hope at the front desk was amazing and handled all the details with ease. Everyone we had interaction with was friendly and professional. I'm glad we found Dr. Jeroudi.

Had an appointment with Dr. Jonathan Staman yesterday and couldn’t be happier with my experience, both with Dr Staman himself and his assistant, Shannon. What an my asset Shannon is to the practice and I highly recommend this office and ALL of the employees there at Leanni Way in Palm Coast, Florida.

Dr. Jonathan Staman is a great doctor. He took care a very strong infection on my right eye. The procedure he has done lately was also successful. I appreciate Dr. Staman professionalism, and kindness with a great experience.

I have been a regular patient at Florida Retina Institute for many years (>5). They have a great system, I used to feel like it was too much like an "assembly line", but over the years I have come to learn that it is a *very* efficient process and I appreciate the efficiency and the respect the FL Retina Institute shows for their patients' time. I saw the same doctor for all of my appointments until his retirement, and I was given a full year of notice before he left to choose from several other doctors and decided for myself which one I would like to visit in the future! This was a most welcome surprise, I am very happy to be a patient of "Dr. J" and the office staff is terrific :^)
