Dr. Jessica goes above and beyond makes you feel like family. Only doctor that has helped me out of pain she comes very highly recommended. She has also helped my family my son back has improved since seeing her and he has been to every chiropractor in Palm coast and he says she was the only one that could help us. She is great.

I have had long term chronic neck shoulder and back pain. Although I had found some relief from other chiropractors and therapies none have equalled the healing Dr. Jessica has provided. Along with her skills as practioner she brings an emotional healing as well. I think she is at the pinnacle of her profession

I started with Dr. Jessica in the beginning of the year. She has been great with what she does. I came in with so much pain and she has definitely helped aid and deflect the pain away. I have been seeing Dr. Jessica Cogo for about a month now and she has literally been a life savor! From the beginning of my pregnancy, I developed very severe low back & sciatic pain as well as some round ligament and neck pains. Never having seen a chiropractor before and being this is my first pregnancy, I was nervous but knew I needed help! She made me feel so safe and that myself and my baby were in good hands. She listens to all my concerns and problem areas and will even try different techniques if something isn’t working. She cured my round ligament pains in 2 visits! I never feel rushed and it feels like she truly cares and wants to help! I would recommend her practice to everyone! Literally life changing! Dr. Jessica Cogo at On Point Chiropractic. She has helped me with my neck pain my shoulder pain. I don't feel like a number the staff and doctors are so friendly. Dr. Jessica Cogo is so caring she really cares about my health and wants me to get better. She is the best. She is a fantastic chiropractor and acupuncturist. She even helped with my TMJ. I have had surgery on my hips and was really nervous about getting adjusted but Dr. Jessica Cogo was patient and explained everything to me and how there are various techniques that can be used (flexion distraction and activator). My sciatic and back pain was so bad and with the adjustments and therapies at on Point Chiropractic I was able to walk again get up from a seated position with no pain. They took the time to listen to my concerns and really help me.

Working in construction, whether it is flooring, cabinets, counter tops, pavers and so much more we are consistently injuring our backs and needing to get in to the Chiropractor. The staff at On Point Chiropractic are so helpful being trilingual (English, Portuguese and Spanish) is also a plus. They always work with our schedule and make sure we get the help we need. The doctors are knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Jessica Cogo, Dr. Jenna Langenderfer and Dr. Beatrice Borges are the best chiropractors thank you so much for getting us better and back to work. They also offer massage. PEMF, nutrition and acupuncture. They are the best, thank you!

Could not ask for a better Chiropractic office. Both Dr. Jessica Cogo and Dr. Jen are amazing. These doctors are caring and competent. The front desk staff is friendly and always attentive.

I feel like I am at that stage of life where, if I sleep wrong on my pillow, I am out of commission for 2 weeks. Both Doctor Jessica and Doctor Jenna have helped relieve the aches and pains. Along with the adjustments, they have suggested various stretches and exercises that help me stay aligned. I never feel rushed and I always feel heard.

Even though On Point is not in network for me, the cost is very reasonable.

I did not in fact go to the office for a visit but did call to request an appointment. I ended up with an appointment sooner with another office, but I wanted to write the review as Selma was very responsive, called me back promptly, and even offered advice on where to go in case I needed quick relief. I really appreciated that, as that is the way it should be, but often isn't.

Dr. Cogo has excellent techique. She can adjust my neck better than anyone else I've ever had work on it. She really works with you and listens. She brings you back when you need to be brought back instead of having you make unnecessary trips. Extremely knowledgeable . I cannot recommend her enough.

Dr Jess is amazing. My daughter goes to her regularly and she is a competitive dancer and it rough on her body. She always looks forward to her visits and even asks when they are coming up if we haven’t been in a while. Dr Jess takes her time with her and always speaks to her as the patient even at a young age of 10.
