Arctic Breeze is THE BEST. They installed two mini splits for me and now do the continuing maintenance. Every crew and tech that they've sent out has been friendly, skilled, and punctual. Service is great. A problem was once found that I was unaware of. Avoided a possible shutdown of system. Fortunately, it was covered under my warranty. Technician is always on time. He always calls before his anticipated arrival. Very efficient and professional. Very informative. I’ve had them service my air conditioning system for years.

I would like to commend Arctic Breeze on their fantastic customer service! My favorite piece? They actually showed up at the beginning of the arrival windows that I was given! Their second visit, they showed up a few minutes before the window even started. Thank you so much, guys! The servicemen were very polite and seemed to know what they were doing. (The second visit was because we had to install a part that had to be ordered.)

I am fairly new to the Palm Coast area and have been using Arctic Breeze for three years. Fantastic, responsive, professional company with excellent service. My technician, Jesse, was pleasant and professional. He showed me everything he was doing, and told me what maintenance I could do myself. I had the pleasure of usin g this company after seeing their imblem on my old furnace and my realtor telling me she used them and liked them very much. My first contact was with a technician I had do a check after being in the house two years. I had previously done refrigeration repairs myself so watched and asked all the questions to satisfy my curiosity as to what I received and watched what was being done. I had a great experience and gained a friend with their tech that I have referred to two other friends when they had needs and it led to them purchasing the maintenance plans. I have been very happy and had them put in a new heat pump and A/C unit last year which is functioning great.

I am writing today to give a review of Jesse who came to our home to perform the 6 month Gold service on our A/C unit. Right up front let me say that during their initial encounter with Jesse some people might find him a bit "different". That is absolutely correct because he takes the time to get to know his customers, to understand their needs, and to ensure that he provides the best service possible. When he completed the work and I set up our next appointment I specifically asked that Jesse be the one to perform it. In general I have had almost 100% positive encounters with service personnel since I moved to Palm Coast in 2005. But every know and then I come across a tech who provides 110%. A perfect example of such a person is Jesse. Congratulations Arctic Breeze for employing such a person and Thank You Jesse for servicing our A/C for the coming summer heat and for being such a great human being!

Just had our new unit installed. The technicians were efficient and professional. Everything was clearly explained to us. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used Arctic for a few years now and find them very dependable. I have the maintenance agreement with them that gives me peace of mind. So far my ac has not been any problem and with the agreement early problems are caught and repaired to continue the cooling process for comfort.
