Bill has performed home inspections on my past two homes purchased in Flagler County. He has been extremely thorough, and in one case found what would have been a very expensive repair.
He comes when promised, and I receive a report back the following day. He is very efficient. I highly recommend his service.

We entrusted William to do the inspection on a new build that we were essentially purchasing sight unseen (we saw only the lot and house from the outside; walked through a model home). He was highly responsive from the first phone call to the final inspection, explaining every little detail. After the initial inspection, he produced a comprehensive report, that very evening, documenting all of the issues he identified inside and out—everything from electrical issues like a miswired outlet to cosmetic/aesthetic issues like missing paint and unclean surfaces. The report included plenty of photos for reference. He expressed great concern over the condition of the house at the time (several weeks before closing date) and encouraged us to have the builder remedy the problems. He kindly offered to go back to do a re-inspection once the builder addressed the problems. We got pretty down to the wire in terms of time (the day before our closing), and William accommodated us in his schedule, working around the contractors’ last-minute work to ensure all the items were completed. If you want a thorough inspection, William is your guy! We will be recommending his services to others in need of home inspections and certainly using his services again in the future if we purchase another home in the area.

I was looking and very interested in a property in Palm Coast. I gave William a call at Precise Home Inspection to get a inspection done on the house and was very quick to get it done. I needed a Wind Mitigation inspection for my home. I called Precise Home Inspections at 7:30am and they said, “We can squeeze you in between appointments at 1:30pm.” Great, I can get my yard work started. While mowing in the backyard Bill walks up and says, I’m here for your wind mitigation inspection. This was 10:30am. Unlike the cable company, Bill was there 3 hours early instead of 3 hours late!
He performed both a Wind Mitigation inspection as well as a CIT 4 Point Inspection. His work was very professional and I really appreciated the thoroughness of his responses to all my questions. Bill sent me the report immediately after he performed the inspections.
