Steve, was very nice on the phone and gave my client the closest spot he had.
I never have worked with him and I loved how he handle everything since the beginning. Very polite, very knowledgeable, on time, easy going person. That makes my job so much easier. I want to thank him for his professionalism and his charismatic personality.

He went to the appointment in a tenant occupied house on time and sent the report just after the appointment.
I never had a inspector so fast and precised like Steve.
I think it took him 15 minutes after the inspection to send me the inspection report.
