Perfect appointment, checked in at the kiosk with my QR code on my phone and was taken back immediately. Alex was knowledgeable and efficient. He got my puny little vein first time. I don't know why the bad reviews! It was an exceptional experience and I definitely would recommend to family and friends. Watch their videos online, bring your doctor's order along with your insurance card and ID and you'll be in and out in minutes. Thanks Alex!!

My appointment was later than usual and I anticipated a crowd. It wasn't crowded, I was taken within 5 minutes after arriving. My technician was wonderful. She was smart and caring. She made me feel comfortable and you could tell she was a pro, not even a pinch. I think her name is Lara and I am so glad she drew my blood. Top shelf!!

I have had two appointments at this location in which I was in and out in minutes. The staff are very nice. I do think it’s best to have an appointment for a good experience.

Easy to make an appointment online or in the QD app. Waited 10 minutes and was called back. Jose was efficient and conversational. Other staff were pleasant greeting folks back. Have visited several times with an appointment and service is very good. Will

Made an appt online. Was sent a link to click when I arrived in the parking lot. Nurse was calling my name when I walked in the door. Prodedure was quick and painless. Was back to my car within 10 minutes. Couldnt have been a better experience.

Online appointment system works great. Simple mobile check in upon arrival. Pleasant technicians who valued my time. Very short wait with appointment. Results were available online the next day. Great service.

Diana was great, professional and friendly. It's obvious that the staff is busy and it's a consistent walk in/walk out factory. In light of their work load everyone seems to make the best of it. But it's apparent, that when problems arise they don't have the time to deal properly with them.

Exceptionally clean with a great team of plabotimists. Very caring and kind. Easy sign in as well. I have been using this facility for years and it is very close to home which makes it easier for me.

As I was a few minutes early and due to the fact that I had an appointment, I was taken in with others still waiting. I think I was done about the time my appointment was scheduled for. I was very impressed.

Had an appointment and after reading the reviews was a bit nervous about how long it might take but I was in and out in 20 minutes! I checked in 10 minutes before and waited a total of maximum 10 extra minutes over my scheduled time.

The poor phlebotomist was having trouble with the computers being slow but she was able to get me taken care of despite that. I wish I would have gotten her name, all that I remember is that she is of Asian descent. She was wonderful and made the whole process super quick and easy!

I never had an appointment, and just walked in at 11:00 AM. Zero wait time, and the girl who took my blood was excellent. It hurt way more pulling the tape off my arm than the blood test did. I'll be going here for all my future lab work.

I like the text that I received just before arriving. It allowed me to check in using my phone versus the terminal in the office. It's a nice new feature that I liked a lot. 👏👏

I debated going here because of the other reviews. None of the other clinics around get better reviews, so I just decided to go to the closest location. I had a very easy, pleasant experience. I made an appointment about 10 days out because that is all that was available. I arrived on time, checked in at the kiosk with my D.L. and insurance card. I waited about 10 mins, they called me back, and I was taken to a private room, which is nice. The nurse lady was very friendly and accommodating. She took my co-payment, and my blood. She thanked me and wished me Happy Holidays. 20 mins and I was out of there, no problems. Thank you Quest Palm Coast!
