Went for blood work this morning. As I waited in line for LabCorp to open the workers greeted me with a smile and a hello as they went into work…even before I entered the building they were kind!
Tan went out of her way to take care of me! She was courteous, engaging, and professional!
Thank you for a great experience even while getting blood drawn!

Went to labcorp for routine blood work last week 👍👍

1 week prior made an appointment in the Labcorp app without issue. Excellent communication from Labcorp leading up to the appointment - text message and email reminders. Check in was easy on site at self-check in (scanning ID). My name appeared on the monitor as "appointment" and I was called to the window within 4 minutes after with script. Within 10 minutes after that I got called back by a female phlebotomist (did not get her name) who confirmed my identity and efficiently performed the blood draw, that was just a tiny pinch. Service was great and staff were friendly!

I have been going to this location for over 3 years. I have to have my blood drawn every 6 months. I always make an appointment using the Labcorp app. It’s really a simple process to check-in using the Kiosk. After checking in, within 5-10 minutes Tan at the front desk calls me and verifies my doctor’s order. I have always found Tan to speak clearly, be friendly, and courteous. Over the past few years I have asked for Charlotte to draw my blood. Charlotte makes the experience the best that she can and is just good at what she does. Sorry to hear that Charlotte has now retired. ( hoping she will consider coming back ).

We just left this facility my thirteen year old daughter had to have blood drawn. She hasn't had blood drawn since she was a baby. Staff was extremely quick we were in a walking appointment forty five minute wait. My daughter suffers from a little bit of anxiety. We didn't catch her name taller. We believe Spanish woman extremely fast and friendly. My daughter started to tear up and both technicians. Started distracting her asking her what school she's in what grade she's. Highly recommend this location.

I love this location. I go here especially for Wanda she is the best, especially if you don't want to feel any pain. I bruise easily and have never left here bruised. Even with a full waiting room I've never waited more than 30 minutes. Very efficient.

Side note my 8 year old daughter suffers from terrible anxiety and fear of needles. She had to have blood work done the other day and 3 different staff members came over to assist and help her through the process when I couldn't get her calm enough. Thank you ladies you are amazing!

I have used this patient service center several times now without an appointment and have not had a bad experience. Some of the staff are friendlier than others however all of my encounters have been professional. The space has recently been updated and is very aesthetically pleasing. The insistence on wearing masks while inside is appropriate and helped to make me feel safe. The option to wait in my car and be notified by text message of my turn I much appreciated. Phlebotomists were skilled and I had no issues with blood collection or specimens not being successfully tested.

Wanda, Charlotte and the entire staff are TOP NOTCH!! I don’t understand the poor reviews. You have to be kind and decent to people and you will get the SAME in return. These staff members put up with a LOT of rude, cranky & hungry folks (from fasting)! They remain professional & I’ve never had a bruise yet and am a REALLY tough stick!

Love this location but on 12/31/2024 there was a patient verbally attacking the young women at the desk I didn't even check in feeling unsafe with this woman's unstable behavior. The company should have security for people like this for the safety of employees and customers. I will try again today

I usually get there at about 8 AM and find the place almost empty. Great staff, prompt, careful, friendly, clean. Thank you.

I have been to this location for 3 months .Tammy and staff were great . They were able to arrange services here ( I am from NY) . Schedule appt if you want to be seen on time . I have no complaints .Thanks staff !

About three months ago, I had a really bad experience with a front desk receptionist over a necessary procedure. I need to apologize and CORRECT my review as I incorrectly identified the terrible woman as Wanda, basing my assumption of her identity from other reviews of the establishment. The incident was so awful that I was asked not to return. Falling on some difficult circumstances, I returned to this location this afternoon, hoping the time lapse would have made me a forgotten face. (I was wrong!!) Wanda pulled me aside personally, with kindness and respect and explained my error. I felt welcomed, even after the mishap and false accusation and she gave me a chance to apologize without making me feel degraded. I don't remember the other tech's name who performed my procedure but I wanted to personally thank the staff (and WANDA) for the way they handled the situation, and clear the mistaken identity from my prior review. Tan, however, still a horrible person.... :)

I was super nervous from past experiences with blood being drawn, but Anna B was super sweet and assured me everything would go well. She stuck the needle so painlessly and everything was smooth from there! If you have had not so great experiences in the past, definitely request Anna and she will take great care of you as she did me ☺

Never a bad experience here. The front counter ladies are always attentive and professional. Use the online application for scheduling appointments and when you walk in for faster check in. The nurses are always friendly, and if you’re like me with small veins doing blood work can be uncomfortable but they never miss here- love them. In & out in 20 minutes or less.

My husband and I have never had a bad experience at Labcorp. I also have never made an appointment and have never waited 4 hours in the 6 years I've been going there. We can not be talking about the same place on Old Kings Road. The ladies there are exceptionally nice, very friendly as well as the lab technicians who always make you feel comfortable. The place is always clean including the bathroom and there is always coffee/water to drink. I honestly look forward to going there. My husband share my thoughts. To the people that don't want to wait, get over yourselves and just go some place else.

Do not always believe reviews some people think that they have to be given top priority even though they don't bother to make appointments. Some people refuse to wait and take their turn. The ladies that work here are good people and do their best to make everyone happy. Those that complain the loudest do not make appointments and expect more than others. Get over yourself. ..... the employees are working hard to get everyone taken care of.

Fast friendly staff. If you have children, someone with special needs or is just very hard to find your veins be sure and ask for Ms. ANNA station #3. Thank you Ms. ANNA she was great with my family today!

There is another review on here complaining. I understand the persons pain. I came in a few months back and had a very similar experience with the Technician at station #1. Her attitude was a little short she was a little busy and I ended up with 3 needle marks a bruise. But to be clear this technician was NOT Ms. Anna.

I have been using Quest due to insurance however as my insurance changed, I now have to use Labcorp. I have to say in all my years of getting blood drawn, this was the friendliest staff that I have ever encountered. The lady who drew my blood couldn’t have been any nicer. I also highly recommend making an appointment online. They get you right in and out. It also avoids you having to do all this sign in work on the tablets. If you already have an appointment you simply just scan your confirmation code.

This place deserves 5 stars I'm not sure why there’s poor reviews on here but the way they assisted me with my two girls was amazing. Imagine a 1yr and 5 yr old both getting blood work wheeewww it was an experience for me but Thank you ladies for your work!!

Both times I’ve went was great. First time I walked in for a pre-employment drug screening and hardly had a wait time.
Second time I had an appt for my 2 daughters to get their blood work done and was taken right around their appt time.
Fast, Friendly and clean facility.

The staff are always friendly. The person who drew my blood made it painless. She was so upbeat and put me into a better mood. The wait time tends to be quick for being a lab.
