Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Cost a family of 6 over $3000 by tricking someone who shouldn’t have been able to make changes to my plan. Seriously there workers exact words were my 10 year can call and make financial decisions on our health insurance if he wants cuz he’s a dependent!!! This company is exactly what is wrong with the health insurance industry in America
