I have nothing but good things to say about Palm Coast Imaging. They are very efficient, professional and caring. I like that I don't have to wait a long time before my appointment. The technicians are very good at what they do. I'm always pleasantly surprised how quickly my appointments go.

It is always a pleasure to go to Palm Coast Imaging (Radiology Associates Palm Coast location). Their staff is pleasant and courteous. The testing is thorough yet as quick as possible depending on the type of test. Your results are usually available on their patient portal within 24 hours; generally I have mine well before I meet with the requesting doctor to go over my results. The facility is clean and comfortable with plenty of seating. The women’s center portion for mammograms is so relaxing and calming. I have been to Advent Health’s mammography room, which is quite sterile, and I much prefer Radiology Associates mammo area. Top notch facility and equipment and staff—doesn’t get any better! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Registration was fantastic and did a great job! Maria was excellent on taking my X-ray. She took her time and was very complete with her job.

Very welcoming, very comprehensive, detailed, willing to not complete report until additional records obtained. The pandemic degree of breast cancer in our society deserves this level of expertise & analysis. The two techs I had were professional , compassionate and gentle.

I had a very quick and efficient check-in. The staff was very professional and kind. My procedure was quick and thorough. From the time I walked in to the time I left was just under one hour. Very satisfied with Radiology Associates Palm Coast.

Had a great experience here. I was quickly checked in and the appointment time was honored. My tech was professional, friendly, and got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

From the registration department ,to the mammography and dexa tech, I have absolutely no complaints. All were professional ,attentive , calm ,and pleasant. Being from a medical background,(retired) this office is top notch. The management is extremely lucky to have these wonderful people in their employ.

This was my 1st experience at this imaging center. It won’t be my last if I need any imaging in the future. Being new to Florida I was in need of a new place and I’m really glad I found this one. My visit was for a CT scan and I had the good fortune to be helped by Mary. I did have a few concerns with how things were going to go and Mary immediately put me at ease. During the process she checked with me many times to see how I was doing and when I needed something she was extremely patient, understanding and helpful. No one likes to go through these procedures but if you must I strongly recommend you seek out Mary at Palm Coast imaging in Palm Coast.

I had 2 appointments running concurrently today. I arrived at the office about 15 minutes early. The facility is very clean and well lit. The office staff are friendly and efficient. I was well cared for in a timely manner. I highly recommend this office.

Have had mammograms at Pine Cone location for 10 years and always pleased with staff and expertise. Also have had bone density scans and always treated very kindly. Maria was my tech recently and she was quick, yet thorough, & fully explained everything she did. Highly recommend. Plenty of parking and ground level easy access facility.

This was my first visit to Palm Coast Imaging location. I couldn’t be more pleased. The front desk didn’t want to collect $ unnecessarily since the ultrasound may not be necessary. Marie, my mammogram tech was kind and compassionate. They quickly obtained additional medical records from my recent surgeries and the doctor was so encouraging giving me a clearance to go back to annual imaging!! Great experience at a stressful time!

Radiology Associates provides a great service for all imaging needs. We use the Pine Cone location in Palm Coast, FL and all the staff from the front desk to technicians are polite, pleasant and professional. Test results are available in a timely manner. The office too is very nice, relaxing to be in and clean. Very happy to have such excellent service so close to home.

Ultrasound tech, Nicole was excellent! She did a thorough scan and explained everything. We were so impressed and excited that we got the results a couple of hours after the scan. Highly recommend them.
