AdventHealth Imaging Palm Coast

I have had several imaging studies at AdventHealth Palm Coast. Every time it is an exceptional experience. From friendly staff to caring for my needs. They have anticipated what those needs may be before I had to mention them. Communication was key and they asked questions as to how they could make the tests as comfortable as possible. Adventhealth is a stellar organization. I now look for physicians and such that are part of this extraordinary medical organization.

I went for a thyroid ultrasound. They’re diagnostic tests are by appointment only. The wait is negligible. I waited 5 minutes max before being called in for the test. The procedure took 10 minutes max. It was very speedy &
professional. The facility is very clean including the restroom. The procedure was painless. Staff was very proficient. Highly recommend. I will be returning.

Lillian did my ultrasound. She was so smily and fun and reassuring. The Security Guard was very nice and helpful too. This was May 8th. 2024.

Everyone there was really nice & friendly but I want to give Joanne a big shout out. I can’t say I enjoyed the mammogram but she made the experience as good as possible. She is perfect for her job.

I have been here on many occasions and the staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly.Two young ladies, Summer and the other named Autumn were knowledgeable and friendly and I would absolutely come back.

Everyone was nice and respectful. My husband went for MRI of his brain and pituitary and it has been over a week and still no result. I’m a nurse so I know it doesn’t take that long for MRI results to get back. Honestly that is my only problem but that could be a big problem. My husband woke up this morning with pressure behind his eyes and nauseated again which could be caused by tumor so I got on to see if results were again hoping to be able to reassure myself that he doesn’t have one but still results are not there. They said two days but it has been a week

Advent …Tech didn’t help me get up when I was there for an mri of my lumbar spine. She gave me something to grab onto? I can’t even get out of my own bed much less that contraption. She watched me rock and struggle. Mean. I didn’t know her either.
More to it. Never again will I go there.
Front desk and admin were super nice.

Go to Radiology Associates on Pine Cone.
They are the complete opposite. Couldn’t do more to make me comfortable.

Horrible experience. I went to the AdventHealth Imaging for my yearly mammogram after about a month of waiting for the first available appointment. I dropped of my previous study image on a disk three weeks before my appointment. Next day after the appointment I called for results and been told it is still not 48 hours passed. The next day when I called I found out the report is not ready because the disk I submitted 3 weeks ago is incomplete and they have to request another one from the other hospital which can take up to 15 days. I came in with the complaints and spoke to the office manager Patty and she said she'll try to expedite the process for me. After all I received my result on 13th day after my test, very stressful On addition to that the test itself was very painful despite of the machine at the facility equipped with the SmartCurve technology which I don't think they even used. I had a good experience with the same procedure at the Flagler Hospital last time, but, unfortunately, the great technician who performed it retired. I will not come back to this place.

Went in to schedule an appointment and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Some people do not need to work in Healthcare customer service! I stood there for several minutes and she never spoke to me. No "good afternoon", no "may I help you", Nothing. She finally reached for my paperwork and before I could explain what I needed she gave me a card and told me to call the number on the card, but basically shewed me away.

The security thinks he is a tough guy after rasict comment if I speak English and if I didn't I need to leave the place. I SEE WHY YOU ONLY HAVE 2.3 STARS with people like this working for you. Will be making a complaint to the company along with my attorney.
