I just love this place. Rishi has excellent customer service. I didn’t have to wait before called back to the stylist’s chair and was offered refreshments. Checking out and scheduling is quick and easy. The first time Christina cut my hair I was thrilled with the experience and cut. Today was my second appointment and it was just as great. Not only is Christina very skilled, she also has a great energy to her. At both appointments conversation came easily and comfortably, as if we were old friends catching up. I highly recommend Rishi and Christina.

Rishi Salon is very welcoming. I have short hair and have had haircuts in many places with mixed results. What a relief to have found Denisse at Rishi. She is an exceptional hairdresser! She is very pleasant, extremely precise, triple checks and is consistent. I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Denisse.

I loved the calming atmosphere of this place. Sarah's card said she was a "blossoming stylist," but I believe she is already in full bloom. I have very wild, bushy hair and her gentle and detailed focus made it look gorgina and soft after my cut/dry. I typically hate getting hair cuts because it always looks more chaotic afterward, but I am so happy with this cut and will definitely be back with Sarah!

This is a lovely salon with easy parking and lots of nifty one-of-a-kind shops nearby. Tina Joy Craven cuts my hair there, or should I say she makes be beautiful!

The care and attention she gives is beyond just a haircut, it contributes to my well-being.

I have been going to Rishi Salon for several years on a monthly basis for hair color and cuts. I have also had several Brazilian hair straightening treatments. I usually see Megan, who is fabulous, but have also seen other stylists when Megan is not available. The Rishi staff are very professional, and have been flexible when I've had to cancel to reschedule. I have been very happy with my services at Rishi, and recommend checking them out if you're looking for a new stylist.

I’ve been coming to Rishi for a few years now and have always had a stellar experience. Not since living in NYC have I had a “go to” place that I trusted enough to do a full color and cut experience and I’m so happy I found Katy and her team. They give me the hair I wish I had been born with and have great styling products and recommendations to boot. Could not recommend them more highly

I have been going to Rishi for years. They are wonderful. I always feel welcome, like I’m going to hang out with my friends. They are very professional. Christina is amazing. I get a pixie cut and red color. I always get comments on both the cut and color for weeks after my appointment.

I went to rishi salon in chapel hill to get my hair done, never been there before or even heard of it ! My stylist was Megan and she did a fantastic job ! she didn’t make me talk due to my social anxiety she has a sign up in her area saying no need to talk if you don’t feel comfortable and for me it made me feel a little bit better knowing she understood if i didn’t talk the reason behind it. I 10 out of 10 recommend this salon to anyone who’s thinking about going there ! great job guys !

My daughter saw Megan a couple of weeks ago for a hair emergency. My daughters hair got majorly fried due to a hot tool. Megan not only cut the hair that had to go, she conditioned it and gave her a few tips on how to use hot tools and keep her hair nourished. We will definitely be going back!

My hair cut at Rishi Salon was amazing! I have been to Megan a couple of times now and have been so impressed by her. She is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure her work matches what you wanted. I would highly recommend her!

I have been bringing my 7yo and 5yo daughters to get their haircut with Megan for about a year now. She does a WONDERFUL job and makes my kids feel so comfortable. They are actually excited to get their haircut. She is a real gem and I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

When I first moved to Chapel Hill, my go-to salon was Artisan Hair in Cary - in which they were not only expensive, but I did not get the result I wanted. So I looked around and found Rishi Salon and Spa and decided to try. Not only were their staffs super welcoming and and warm, they are amazing hairstylists too! And not to mention, their prices are very affordable for whatever service you want. I got charged about $300 at Artisan's hair for just highlights, where at Rishi's the starting price for full highlight is $90! Definitely a steal, I recommend this salon to everyone. I even tried to get some of my coworkers to book there if they are looking for an affordable but amazing results hair salon. Shoutout to my girls, Denisse and Megan, they do an amazing job and I would highly recommend to book them! Will be back again for your services! :)

Megan is a phenomenal stylist and her expertise is unmatched! Very professional, creative, and enthusiastic to enable her client to not only look their best but also feel their best! The vibes at this salon are off the charts!

Debbie. She is absolutely incredible. I first came here because I had a gift card for my birthday. I don't normally get my nails done because I am a nail biter, but I am trying to quit that habit, so I figured a nice manicure would help the process. I think I've had one manicure in my life about 6 years ago? Debbie took her time and had such an attention to detail on my nails. She skipped no corners!! I did not feel rushed at all, and we had a great conversation in the process. I have never left a review anywhere before, but my experience was so incredible that I am glad to leave one. I will be back specifically for Debbie.

I would definitely recommend this salon. Rachel took the time to ask me what I wanted and offered her suggestions as well. I left with a great cut and a very pleasant experience. She took the time to explain how she was cutting my very curly hair and how it would help the curls bounce.
Also found the staff/reception to be welcoming and helpful.

Megan is such a talented stylist and has an incredible, calming presence that always makes me feel like I’ve had a trip to the Spa :). She is meticulous in her eye for getting her cuts and color just right. Im so grateful that i found Rishi!

Katy has worked with me for months to help me restore my hair from a terrible cut and color that I got before I moved here. I'm welcomed like family and I love my hair. I am now going regularly to Danielle for facials and the products are amazing. Its the first time I've really seen results from facials. Love the organic products and their attention to detail. I love this place! I was recommended by my best friend but was skeptical, since I’m very picky with who does my hair. But Megan blew that out of the water. She is the best. I will drive anywhere for her to do my hair!

I have used Katy and Amber and have been extremely pleased with both of them. Katy worked with me while I was growing out a bad haircut, and Amber has continued to give me nice cuts. Both have recommended products to help with my specific scalp and hair issues. The shop is clean and welcoming, and the location is easy to navigate, with plenty of parking.
