I came here to repair my glasses and they did a great job! Very quick without appointment or waiting. They really save me and my glasses.

I can’t say enough good things about Optical Reflections and their staff. Last Friday I googled “glasses lens repair,” found them, and called to ask if they could repair some extensively scratched lenses on glasses I didn’t buy there.

I got a pair of unbranded, uniquely-shaped glasses from an international glasses site and have worn the life out of them. I deemed it totally hopeless when the anti-glare coating started to go, but the guys at O.R. said to bring them in just minutes before close. They quoted me a completely reasonable amount, used their technology to measure the lens size and my prescription, and didn’t bother with the hoops of insurance. They somehow got the new lenses in today, a holiday, installed them, and I picked them up after work.

New glasses and lens or frame ordering has always taken weeks, required insurance clearances, been expensive, and required testing or updates. I couldn’t believe how quickly they were ready, nor how easy to work with, reasonable, and friendly the guys at O.R. were. I will absolutely be back! Thank you!

I brought my very old glasses with me hoping to be able to reuse the frames. They were up front and clear that they would do the best they could to fit the new lenses in the old frames but that there was a good chance that the frames would break during the transfer. I got a message less than 24 hrs later that the glasses were ready for pick up. Wonderful friendly service, good Covid protocol, and my new lenses in the old frames are comfortable and I am 100% thrilled with every aspect of the experience.

My wife and I have lived in Chapel Hill for 42 years, and we have used 3 or 4 opticians in that period. Friends recommended Optical Reflections after I expressed my displeasure with my previous optician. Todd Jones helped me select just the right pair of eyeglasses after weighing the pros and cons of multiple manufacturers and styles. I purchased a pair of burgundy Bevel frames, and I’m extremely pleased with the color, style and comfort. I have received numerous compliments. Todd told me not to hesitate to come back if they needed adjusting. I did return for a slight adjustment, and Todd was most attentive and professional. He truly cares about the satisfaction and well-being of his customers. I highly recommend Optical Reflections!

Absolutely nothing negative to say! Having worn glasses since I've been a kid and having gone to many, many places throughout the years this is the one place that has it all.
Great choice of frames (and not the ones you get at all the chain stores) including hard to find and unique choices. Professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Superb quality lenses. And a huge focus on customer service.
I went in for a very specific brand of frame that's very hard to find. They even requested 3 additional frame styles from the manufacture for me to try on and really took time to help me decide which ones look best. No pressure, no "yeah that looks great" when you know it doesn't, just real, honest, expert opinion.
Really took the time to figure out the best lenses for my specific needs and I have to say they are the best lenses I've ever had especially for the amount of driving I do at night.

My glasses broke . I needed a new pair or a fix ASAP . I went to LensCrafters , Target Optical , and America’s Best for help. None wanted to service me because I didn’t buy my glasses from them . To have those national brands help me , I needed to book an appointment with their doctor to get an updated prescription, and then they would sell me new glasses.

I tried to follow this process , however all of these big brands either had no appointments available for 30 days , or would take 7-14 days to send me new glasses.

A friend suggested I try local . So I did. I googled “eye glass repair near me.” And Optical Reflections was the only business that was close and open on Saturday .

Upon visiting Optical Reflections, I was greeted warmly . I showed them my glasses that were broken in half at the bridge and within 10 minutes they found a compatible frame for my lenses.

I wasn’t pressured into getting another eye exam ( though the doctor was available if I had wanted to do so ) I was shown empathy , given a quick solution and within 30 min walked out with affordable ,new , Kate Spade glasses . You can’t find better service than this .

If you are in the area , you should make Optical Refections your first choice. I wish I did. No hassle . No headache. Support this small business.

I am so pleased with the service at Optical Reflections! I have been going there for a number of years and always get treated fairly. When I had trouble with my last prescription, they remade it at no charge, but when it still wasn't correct, they suggested I have Dr. Costabile check the prescription I had been given by the opthamologist. Best money I ever spent. If they hadn't steered me in the right direction, I would still be thinking I was going crazy. I have broken my sunglasses a number of times, and they gave me a hard case for free. Couldn't ask for more help than I have received here. Highly suggest them.

I'm happy with my glasses, and the friendly staff was a pleasure to work with. I had to have a lens redone due to an error in my prescription, and they did it for free.
