Joe helped my wife and I find our first house in Florida after moving back. He showed us a lot of houses and was very patient and listened to what we wanted and needed and found the house for us. 2 years later Joe and Sarah both helped us sell that house and purchase a brand new house and we couldn’t be happier! We found husband and wife team, Sarah (Broker) and Joe (Realtor) on Bigger Pockets, an Investor network and forum. We reach out to Joe, and we set up a time to talk about what we were looking for, which was a short-term Rental property in Palm Coast. We also talked about our budget and pretty strict timeline. Shortly after that conversation Sarah set us up on an automatic alert for new properties and sent us a list of current ones that checked our boxes. A few days later we were seeing potential properties with them, and after a few trips seeing homes, we picked a beautiful Saltwater canal home with a lovely covered dock with an amazing paver patio. Sarah takes over the with all the paperwork and contracts and Joe was able to help us envision what was needed to give it the “special feature” for Air BnB and point us in the direct to make local contacts with services and contractors. They made trips over to property to meet people before we even closed to get measurements and quotes. I highly recommend Sarah and Joe too anyone interested in buying or selling a property for personal or investment use.

Being from Illinois and trying to sell a lot in Florida, I did not know what to do and who to contact. I came across Sarah Beilke of Enkore Realty through a postcard advertisement. I contacted Sarah of Enkore and from our initial conversation , with Sarah explaining the process, I knew she was the right person to list with. Sarah was instrumental from the get go in closing the deal. She was very helpful, efficient and was on top of everything.

Not only did I buy my house with Brandon I also sold it with him and this amazing company. Chris and Brandon have gone above and beyond for me after I bought my house and Irma came through but also went above and beyond while selling my house. They were always there when I had a question, always were updating me on the progress until the sale was final. They treat the people they are working with like they would want to be treated. Honestly this company in my opinion one of the best in the business due to their professionalism, knowledge and the service they provide that others do not. I highly recommend them.

I have been working with this Realty company. Jackie Voloce was the best ever. She had helped us with every step of the way in buying our new property and house. She was happy to answer all my goofy questions at any hour of the day, with a super friendly attitude. I feel like I've made a good friend, because she was so helpful and got us exactly what we were looking for. I just can't say enough great things about her. Truly a great realtor.

Notwithstanding the challenges of Covid, an unprecedented and crazy real estate market, and a demanding client from New York (me), they worked tirelessly to help me find and close on my perfect oceanfront condo in Flagler County. They were also a great resource for mortgage and insurance contacts and did whatever it took to assist me in tying up all the loose ends that come with home ownership. Sarah and Joe were a pleasure to work with and I will definitely use them again for my next real estate investment.

Excellent experience for one of the most emotional draining processes I can think of(In our case selling our house). Brandon does a phenomenal job presenting you with all the information so the best decisions can be made throughout the journey. We always had peace of mind he had our best interest first. I am probably one of the few souls who has been lucky enough to have Joe and Sarah assist me not only in buying my first home, but selling it as well.

When you’re buying your first home it’s scary, exciting, and absolutely nerve wracking. Let me tell you - the first time I met Joe in person we drove in his truck from Daytona to Jacksonville to look at places. With any other person this would be an extremely awkward situation, but Joe (and Sarah as well) has a way of making you feel like you’ve been friends for years in addition to being a true professional. I had so much fun looking at places, but they just weren’t right for me. Based on my likes and dislikes from that trip, Joe came up with another list of places for us to explore. He also added whatever houses I had my eye on from browsing websites. He answered every question I could come up with, and was great at giving me information in a language I could understand. Most importantly, he was honest in his opinions about certain situations. That meant (and still means) so much to me! I ended up buying a house he had found for me that I hadn’t even come across myself and let me tell you, it was absolutely perfect.

Fast forward three years and some change, a fiancée, and two babies later, I outgrew my first home. There was no doubt in my mind who I was going to call - Joe and Sarah. This time I was able to have Sarah in the lead chair and (as I expected) she was just as efficient, professional, personable, and helpful as her husband. My house sold in what seemed like days and they made sure every T was crossed and every I dotted and left very little for me to worry about. Considering I had moved across the state already, that’s saying something!

If you’re looking for a boring, stuck up realtor who doesn’t have any interest in your life or who you are as a person, then Joe and Sarah probably aren’t for you. But if you are looking for a fun, positive, professional, and enlightening experience in buying or selling a home, I know you (along with every single person I have recommended them to) will be 110% satisfied with your experience with these two. And, most likely, you’ll make two great friends along the way.
