Cary Utility Billing

I cannot say enough good about this specific location. I had recently moved to a new address, but for some reason, my billing address was not only different from the service address; it was somewhere I’ve never lived or even heard of!! You can imagine how high 3 1/2 months (give or take) the bill was. I called the number for customer service (since by the time I got off work, this location was closed). I was told all of the issues had been solved and everything was fine; I’d receive my bill (at my new address) in the mail in the next few days. Went to turn my water on this morning (8/12/24) and nothing came out. I called the Academy Street location - not only did they takeoff the late fees/ backpay (whatever all the extra charges for not paying on time are technically called- which is what the man I originally spoke to, pretty sure it was a call center type thing said he’d done, but obviously hadn’t..) this location also allowed me to pay half now and the other half when I get my paycheck (which is tomorrow evening)! I spoke to three different people at that location and they were ALL extremely caring and helpful - as well as patient! I’ve suffered from two concussions, in less than four weeks, making a grand total of five/six in less than five years - I’m telling anyone still reading, do those follow ups!! - I didn’t realize how serious concussions were - even if it seems small! Back to this location - this will be the only Town of Cary I’ll be dealing with, if there’s ever anything else. Thank you all, again - Mr.Conner, Ms.Bailey and Ms.Susan!! <3 You all took so much stress off of me, in turn helping with my healing - again, THANK YOU ALL!

Recently moved to a new location. Rental agreement stated that water was provided by the wrong company. We registered online. Yesterday's I found myself without water. We tracked down Cary as the water utilities. My son filled out the online Cary water form. This morning I called and spoke to a young man. Explained what had taken place. He said he would put in a work order for today. In no time the young man called me back. My son had entered the wrong house number. The young man fixed it in my account. Within two hours. A gentleman came, turned on my water and made sure I was aware that my service has been turned back on. Both people I had contact with were respectful, kind and very compassionate about my problem. I was certainly treated like part of the community and not just another customer. I wish I could remember the names. They certainly did their job in a manner that reflex positively on the company.

I called water department two different times and both times, I've had a great customer service. Very polite and courteous service. Nothing like Robeson county water department, Rude and Ugly.

Every time I call the Town of Cary I aster department, they are nothing but courteous and helpful.

"Western Wake Regional Water Reclamation Facility " Manager should learn more compassion & understand the meaning of humanity, leadership & respect! The level of hostility & disrespect at that place is disgusting!

Raised the water bills sky high
Was 57. Now 97. And I live alone!!!!
