I feel like these people saved my life. I went into anaphylactic shock; they rushed me back, got meds in my arm, hit me with the EpiPen, and carefully monitored me until I started to feel better. The doctor even asked if she could call my wife and let her know what was happening. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Thank you.

I didn't bother to take pictures. I went in as walk in with bronchitis.

Got there and was out in less than 45 minutes. They even let me wait in the car. Top notch and feeling better!

Long wait, but the nurse practitioner (Anna) made it well worth it! My daughter absolutely loved her. She took her time with us and really showed that she cared.

Very friendly and caring staff! I was the only patient there at opening on Sunday morning and was in and out in an hr. No problem getting rxs to help with my bad URI. Will definitely use these guys again!

I wish it was always as much of a blessing as it is sometimes. It's hit or miss.

I am dealing with a complex health condition that ebbs and flows. Our medical system being what it is these days, I end up at Urgent Care sometimes despite my best efforts to manage it daily in a preventive fashion. I am grateful when it goes well. I know medical doctors are stressed right now but when I go there, being greeted with kindness and treated with the same respect and understanding I am prepared to offer is all I ask. Instead in one recent case, treatment was cold, annoyed and openly disinterested. The barest of bare minmums...and that was after a 3+ hour wait, which I did uncomplainingly. They at first thought I was someone else, even after weighing me. Not until vitals did it come out they had the wrong person in the room. So maybe that was why...

I have gotten wonderful treatment there and sent to the E.R. a few times, which is also fair. One time, the P.A. a nice young woman, explained things to me that my g.p. had not, helped me to understand and sent me back to the E.R. which I had left the night before after a 6-hour wait. I had been driven to E.R. at the direction of my g.p., by an elderly sick friend and could not wait all night. This P.A. at Chatham Park explained that although the acute pain had calmed down to a roar, I still needed the test right away. She advised me to go back and I had a much better experience. Other times though, I met P.A.s at Chatham Park who were obviously having a terrible day and from the moment they entered the room, were high-handed and treated me as if I was wasting their time...after I had spent the afternoon sick and waiting to get in instead of being at work. Another time, after a fall, a p.a. told me I had no injury on my wrist and I later found out that was wrong and I REALLY should have been treated. Corrective physical therapy followed.

The front desk people are always lovely and the medical assistants are, too! So right now I have to say I am glad it's there and sometime it's wonderful. Know that Urgent does not equal quick. You never know how it's going to be. Still, I am glad it's there.

Lovely building and pretty rooms. The care is good, but the wait times are much too long. When waiting with a baby and toddler it’s just not feasible. Please hire another provider!

Please hire another doctor- came in on Saturday ten minute after opening and waited over 2.5 hours- one provider isn’t enough.

We get there at 6:50…they close at 8PM and we are told there are no appointments available for the rest of the evening. The photo is of their lobby at the time. (that is my son). Would not recommend. And am told I can’t make the first appointment go tomorrow because she’s it’s walk-in when they open from 0800-0900. 🤯

I arrived there at 4 and they said they didn't have anything available until 6. We waited until then and came back in. I was in the waiting room for a good 40 minutes just to see a nurse. Then they lead me back to the waiting room. Which I waited another 15-20 minutes just to get back to see the doctor. They swabbed me to do tests. But before I got the test results they pretty much rushed me out the door. This is by far the worst doctor's office I've been to honestly.

I can understand why the recent reviews are so low. I've visited this location a few times since it opened, and always needed to go see my own GP the next business day for proper care/diagnosis/prescription.
The front desk staff is very personable, and the entire office is clean. But there's something about the medical staff that's just not right. For me, the wait is always long (45 min-1.5hours), even with an apt.
At my recent regrettable visit, I had a nurse give my child a PCR without informing me or gaining consent from me or my child, which traumatized him. Then another nurse who told her supervisor I was an aggressive mean person, who made her feel unsafe, because I asked for a simple accommodation for my medically fragile child. Then another nurse who tried to separate me from my child to scold me and demanded a apology without asking me what occurred (tho I still don't understand what occurred). It was all very confusing, and very upsetting. So I left (without getting the dx, treatment, care) and saw my personal doctor today.
I'm sad that the experiences I had in this office have been so difficult and disappointing. It's location is very convenient, I prefer to keep our care at UNC, but this office is now wiped from my list.
