I live closer to the Gilbertsville store but twice I have called them to order a tray and was told no but I immediately would call pottstown and were always pleasantly eager to take my order. Guess I will be calling pottstown first from now on.

They are always extremely helpful when we place big orders for organizations. The order is always ready, they are exceedingly pleasant and never hesitate to do something at the last minute for us. Really a great store!

Ordered pretzels for 630am pick up. Pretzels were not ready. No apologies. Asked me to wait, so they could make, twist, and bake my order. No thanks, I had to be on time and ready for my students. The lack of caring that my order wasn't completed was the worst.
