After finding out I had a broken load bearing beam in my home , I called Erb Construction and spoke with Rich. He came out and assessed the job, gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. Rich and his team came out at the time and date scheduled and communicated efficiently with me throughout the project duration. Erb Construction were true professionals and got the job done the right way. That broken beam in my home has since been removed , and a new beam secured and in perfect condition. I’ll definitely be recommending Erb to any friends and family.

Rich Jr. and crew replaced our roof in September. They were professional from start to finish. Rich worked with us to get the look and quality in shingles that we wanted, and worked to accommodate our timing. On job day I particularly appreciated the care to detail they took at protecting the landscaping and deck from damage and the thorough cleanup. They even brought in a port-a-potty for the crew, which I have never seen before for a one-day job.
Their pricing was more than competitive -- I did shop around and got many references for "best prices". Erb beat them all for the roof and the gutter guards they also installed for us. And the roof looks great!
Finally, just this week, I had another very small issue with my down spouting. It was unrelated to the roof job but I called Rich Jr. because I knew he would be familiar with our house. Even though it was a small job, hardly worth his trouble, Rich came out within the week and took care of it for us. That's not service you'll often find with a larger company that takes your check then disappears.

Erb Construction just completed our new home construction. We ended up with an extremely beautiful & rare type of home that has many people very envious. I could not have picked a better group of guys to hang with for 5 months!! I love them! EXCELLENT JOB TO YOU ALL!!!

Need to pay better attention when driving, lost a sawhorse off the back of the truck on Route 100 by Quigley. Dangerous for other drivers!
