Thank goodness our real estate agent recommended Rotelle, with their unique capabilities. We custom-designed a very special house with the assistance of the Rotelle staff, who guided us every step of the way and were responsive to our questions and concerns almost like a concierge service. We could not have achieved the same result with any other builder. Their knowledge, expertise, professionalism and understanding were essential and much appreciated, as the process can seem overwhelming at points along the way, when you're designing and building a home from scratch and have never done it before. They were patient with our asking lots of questions about the whole process. It's important to be as informed as possible, and we picked up quite an education along the way, benefiting from their collective knowledge and experience and that of their business associates at home interior studios for lighting, flooring, cabinetry and counters. We love our beautiful new home. Go with Rotelle. They will take care of you.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Rotelle Studio on our new home process, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the start, Cyndi, Maddie, Zach, and Jesse were all incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful.

The Bethers

Reviewing a House is no easy task to undertake, let alone reviewing the people responsible for delivery what is most likely your most important and proudest achievement and possession. I have put off on writing this review for several months now, in cynical fashion, waiting for the off chance that something did not turn out the way we originally intended or promises made at inception were not kept. As we have experienced half a years worth of bills, services, and the coming and going of three seasons the cynic in me is impressed with the quality and the eagerness to help from the Rotelle team.

From the beginning when we first stepped into the model house for a tour we were instantly treated with a certain respect and willingness to show us around the house and answer our many question. I bring this up because at 24 years old at the time many people would assume we were touring the home for fun, or for pleasure, assuming we had nothing better to do than to waste other people’s time. Cyndi, however, was the opposite of this. She answered every question me and my fiancée had even down to small minute details. She’s an exemplary example of how to make a customer feel at ease and welcome.

During preconstruction the options were endless on fixtures, floors, walls, layout, ect; I’d be here all evening listing the potential choices. A moment that could be very overwhelming was streamlined by Emily. We sat down one Saturday morning and by the evening we had most of the house planned. Emily helped us brilliantly and patiently yet didn’t try to oversell or lead in the direction of expensive options. All choices were laid out and made feel equal and that is something I commend her for. It is easy for salesmen to push options that you don’t necessarily need or could live without if it meant scoring another quick buck for the company.

The overall build went very very quick once the first scoop of dirt was moved from our lot. The foundation went up quick, followed by the expertly framed shell. Being in the construction business myself I often visited the site with my fiancée to ensure everything was being done correctly. Everything went above and beyond typical construction protocols. Jesse, the project foreman and superintendent made sure all his men, both contractors and Rotelle personnel were meeting deadline after deadline; Something that if you are in construction you’d know is very rare. Every contractor was blasting by tasks day after day and doing them well. From construction start to finish we had our house delivered in roughly 5 months. Amazing speed.

Lastly, the part I was most skeptical about, the warranty. They promised us 1 year worth of warranty on any covered fix. I couldn’t believe this was true but every time my fiancée has made a call for even the smallest thing they have happily showed up, fixed it, respected our home and have been on their way. This was the crowning achievement for me. Anyone can throw up a structure quickly but having the craftsmanship, the professionalism, and the integrity to honor their promises and stand by their work warrants this company top marks.

To address some issues I have seen floating around in some negative reviews regarding the company. Specific to this area and the neighborhood.

- The Gas is close to $1,500 a couple weeks after closing. Know this, prepare for it, and get it done. This has nothing to do with Rotelle but should be an important point to know.

- Utility bills are what they are but are in no way tied to rotelle again, expect sewer bills in the $100/M range billed quarterly.

- Building any structure have it be a house, a shed, a basement, even a fence is going to have its ups and downs with any contractor. There will be good days there will be bad days. Good news and bad news go hand in hand in this industry. Just keep it in the back of your head that have an entire team at your disposal building you your next home. It is not smooth sailings the entire way but Rotelle makes sure it is pretty darn close!

I want to give a big shout out to the amazing team with Rotelle. I had my brand new home purchased and built during this crazy pandemic, and I cannot thank everyone that built my dream home the way that I wanted it to be done. My home was built for my child who is handicap and with this challenge Jesse and his team did an amazing job. Some examples: Making the hall bathroom tub low enough for my son to get in and out of, grab bars that are accessible for him to reach etc. The communication I had with Jesse, Cydni and the rest of the team with Rotelle was always perfect. They accommodated my needs for not just myself but also for my son. I highly recommend Rotelle to be the next builder for your new home. They for sure deserve this 5 star rating!! Words cannot explain again how happy I was with the experience I had with Rotelle. Thanks again!!

We recently closed on a house we had built by Rotelle in a development in Berks County and we could not have been happier with the process. From the first moments in the model home and working with Cyndi, to our drywall and final walk through with Jesse and Mike, we felt like each individual cared about the house that we were building would feel like our home. The companies that they supply provide quality products and excellent customer service. Our previous home was also through a builder, and I can honestly say that Rotelle does it right. And a huge shout out to Jesse who always took the time to answer all of our questions and for taking him time with us through all of our walks through the house.

I am not sure where to start with this review. We built a house… (It’s not exactly an amazon product). We were in the market for a single family home with an in law suite so our options were limited. That is until we found Rotelle.

Initially we just wanted to look at the model home, but it was only a few weeks later that we signed an agreement. From Cyndi the realtor providing a no-pressure timeline, to the vendors (Essence of Stone, About all floors, Century Kitchens), and ultimately Jesse, the project manager, all the pieces came together wonderfully. Rotelle couldn’t have picked a better project manager. As a customer for the largest purchase you’ll ever make, you just want to feel like your voice is heard. Jesse listened to every word we had to say. Not only did he listen, but you can tell he genuinely wants you to be satisfied. (My personal rule-of-thumb is if the ability to help someone is within your power - do it. I think Jesse shares this belief.) You can tell he cares about your home as much as you do. Jesse is a great face for the Rotelle brand.

All in all, we have very little to complain about. Some mistakes/miscommunications were made along the way but that’s expected when you have numerous changes/upgrades. They addressed our concerns and did not blow them off. I have spoken with several friends and family who have new construction homes and based off their experience it sounds like their builders don’t compare to Rotelle. We had the opportunity to basically customize everything we wanted (not just picking out counter tops and siding color). We took their plans, and with the help of their architects, were able to adjust them to meet our needs.

We were also able to take our time and put our old home up for sale while our new home was being built. With 3 young kids this could have been much more stressful. I thought we were going to have to live out of a hotel for a few months; instead were able to settle on both homes the same day. To us, the ease of the process is what we valued – all thanks to the Rotelle team that put it all together. And now our dream home is built.

We had a wonderful experience building with Rotelle! They truly made our dream house come to life. Cyndi, Anthony, Kacie, Mike, and the entire Rotelle team were phenomenal. Our house is extremely well built. The flooring company they use, All About Floors, were our favorite vendors. The owners were thorough and all around great people. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to build a house!

My wife and I can't speak highly enough about our experience with Rotelle. Communication with Cindy and the entire team has been flawless to date. Any changes we have made to our build have been addressed in a timely and professional manner by Rotelle. I see negative comments on here and quite frankly, they do not concern me one bit. I have been involved with residential and commercial construction for over 20 years... my wife has been on the commercial side of construction for over 10 years. Trust me, we have seen it all when it comes to poor builds. We have owned homes built by THP and Judd, both of those homes were complete disasters. Everything from windows that did not work, drywall work that was so bad I would get seasick from looking at it to stairwells that had so much movement in them, they felt like they were going to detach themselves from the entire house. Don't even get me started on overpriced Toll Brothers nonsense. We had a framing walk through today with Jessie, the entire process was seamless and without issue. I found one or two small issues and Jessie was "on it like a hornet" with no excuses. Any and all questions we had at the time of the walk through were addressed on the spot. Jessie and Cindy both are a true credit to the Rotelle team. Without a doubt, I would hire Rotelle to build a second home for my family.

From the beginning of the building & design process to the day we moved back into our home, Rotelle was extremely professional and reliable. They recommended that I use Heather Ryan as my Architect & Designer for my project and it was the best decision that I made! Heather was very helpful with every decision that I needed to make in my home and added a new “California Country” design element/ideas that I never would have thought of without her. With all of Heather’s wonderful insight, she left my husband and I very pleased with the outcome of our home. I would strongly recommend her services to anyone who is using Rotelle Builders.

We have looked for a place to call home and plant our roots for 10 years! The day we ACCIDENTALLY stumbled upon Rotelle and Reserve at Bally Spring, we had visited another builder location who did NOT allow any customizing and only offered 4 bedroom homes max. We're a large family so we required at least 5 bedrooms.
We were headed to an open house outside the community when we saw the signs and stopped in to the model home. I finally found my style home! Cyndi was so great explaining the process, and it felt so right that we put our deposit on the lot THAT DAY!
The process went along smoothly and Emily at the design studio was so patient and kind with my indecisive nature.
Project manager, Jesse, has been the best! He took us through each step to show us where things are what to expect and was also very patient and gracious with my questions and quickly addressed and ease concerns. My toddler and Jesse bonded very quickly as well over framing and plumbing.
Every person from plumbing to electrical to siding was positive, fun and most importantly caring through the entire process. People who never needed to interact with us on site, did anyway, and in a friendly manner.
Allowing us to customize a craftsman into a 5 bedroom and accommodating my crazy ideas for my master bath, allowed us to not only own our first home, but gave our once nomadic family an incredible home and community to settle in, enjoy, and watch our children grow. Thank you Rotelle team!

My wife and I have been searching for a home to downsize to for the last year+ and we were lucky to come across Rotelle Builders. Our interaction with the organization has been 2nd to none. Specifically, working with Renee Pratt, her professional and responsiveness to our inquiries were fantastic. She worked tirelessly to accommodate our needs in selecting the right home design and features. Although we didn't ultimately purchase a home, we would strongly recommend Renee if you are looking for a designer who understands and works toward your specific needs.

My husband and I just settled on our Rotelle home. We have gone through the building process before and could not be more impressed with building a Rotelle home. From the beginning, Cyndi listened to our wants and needs and helped us design our dream home. Ken went out of his way to help us see how our home would look on our lot and answered our multiple questions. We were also impressed with Jesse and Phil’s extreme attention to detail. Our questions during walkthroughs were answered on the spot or as soon as they had an answer. We are never moving out of our dream home but if we had to, we would definitely build with Rotelle again!

Top grades for Rotelle. Everyone from Cyndi in sales to Tracey in design to Jesse and Phil in project management were just excellent . These folks were all professional, very competent and friendly. Jesse, the project manager, and Phil paid attention to every detail in the house and happily took the time to answer any questions or concerns. Nothing was a problem for these guys. Rotelle even accommodated my request for an additional window after the framing was complete. Even the subcontractors for floors, countertops, etc, were carefully selected and a pleasure to work with. Though I bought a home in a development, due to the vast array of options, it felt more like a custom home experience. This is a class act and an excellent value. I am very happy with the finished product.

Building with Rotelle has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience. From meeting with Cyndi to make our initial design choices, to working with Renee and Emily at the Design Center, to interacting with Jesse as the construction has progressed - they have all been very helpful, professional and courteous. The focus on high quality is very apparent, with Jesse and Phil ensuring everything is done properly. It has truly been a pleasure!

Choosing to build our new home with Rotelle was the best decision we made! Everyone involved in the process was so accommodating and understanding. They are extremely detail oriented and want to make sure that everything in your new home is perfect. They completed three walk through with us prior to closing to make sure the house met our exoectations. They made the experience as stress-free as possible. This was our first new build. We were anxious based on everyone saying how stressful the process is and many who said they’d NEVER do it again. Working with Rotelle and their subcontractors was wonderful. Shortly after we signed the agreement of sale my husband had emergency triple by-pass surgery. THAT’s STRESS. He was also diagnosed with early onset Parkinson’s disease. We worked closely with the architect to make major design changes recommended by our Physical Therapist. The entire house and especially our master bathroom was redesigned to accommodate the possibility of a wheel chair if needed. This is our FOREVER home and all the professionals at Rotelle helped to make that happen!

Sure it can be overwhelming with so many choices. But everyone we worked with was extremely helpful. Tom and Kelly from “All About Floors” were amazing. Their recommendations and eye for design was exceptional. Monica at “Essence of Stone” Was so patient and offered great options. Jason at “Century Kitchens” listened to our wants and needs enabling us to design a beautiful kitchen.
Brady and his team at VHI were fantastic. The sound system design and execution were phenomenal. Great team who built a wonderful entertainment package!

Once the design was completed and selections made, the build began and it was seamless. Everything ran like clockwork, thanks to Jesse the Project Manager. Talk about attention to detail and listening skills. Jesse has it all. He exceeded every expectation!
We couldn’t be more pleased.

Our only recommendation is Rotelle really needs more model homes. There are so many options not even mentioned during the design process. We definitely would have made our sunroom and our back porch larger. The sizes on paper looked reasonable, but if we could’ve seen them in advance it would’ve made a world of difference.

We feel so fortunate to have had the excellent experience working with Heather and Renee at Rotelle Studio e during our recent kitchen remodel. They helped us through the difficult process of selecting the finishes to make our dream kitchen a reality. We highly recommend the team to anyone building or renovating a home. After visiting the studio and seeing all the amazing options for indoor and outdoor living design ideas, we became excited about our future projects and will definitely plan on using them again very soon!

Today I had a framing walkthrough our new home with Jesse. He is very professional and knowledge in his line of work. Took the time to point out what may seem like small things to the average person, but explain why when the house finished you’ll want it that way. When I was leaving, I felt as though the construction was solid and that we made the right choice to build a home with Rotelle.

Because this was the first time that I built a new home, I was apprehensive to say the least. I did not need to worry. Working with Rotelle has been a pleasure. From the time I first met Cyndi, to picking out design options with Emily, and meeting with Jesse, Phil, and others during the on-site walkthroughs, I felt that I was being taken care of through the entire process. All of the Rotelle employees I interacted with took the time to answer my many (so many) questions, address my concerns, and respond in a very reasonable amount of time when something needed to be done. At all times, I felt that Rotelle put the customer first.

One particular case that highlights putting the customer first is in how Rotelle responded to a particular issue. During my pre-drywall walkthrough, my inspector identified a problem that would have been a showstopper in my book. However, Jesse and his team reviewed the issue and got back to me in less than 24 hours and said that it would be resolved. Not only was it resolved, but it was done by completely redoing the work - that was amazing! In building something as big and as complicated as a home, I expected there might be something that comes up. However, the way in with Rotelle responded to my concern left me extremely satisfied.

In the end, I was impressed with both the speed, quality, and care the Rotelle took in building my home. If you are looking to build, I would highly recommend Rotelle.

We have been in our home for about a year and a half and couldn't be happier. When designing our home it was an overwhelming process but Renee and the other Rotelle staff members worked with us to ensure that we got everything that we were looking for. We even made changes during the construction and Rotelle was very accommodating every time. Our house is well built and we absolutely love everything about it!
