Jeff is the best! Before I found Jeff, my Airstream would spend months sitting at the dealership waiting for repair. And then, I’d wind up going back to get their repair, repaired again. Jeff comes to my driveway, and when he works on something, it is fixed. He has even repaired things that the dealership told me couldn’t be fixed. Jeff is the type of person you can rely on to give you an honest answer and a fair price. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience meeting Jeff yesterday. I was hopeful that he'd be able to fix my leaky roof, but he finished a bunch of other issues for me, including my stuck awning, in one visit. He additionally problem solved a few more issues for me and now I have some ideas on making my RV even better. He is so knowledgable and is a great communicator, telling me everything he was seeing/thinking as he was doing it. He even took photos up on the roof for me as I couldn't get up there to see it myself. He took time to educate me and empower me to be a responsible RV owner. In my past 2 years of owning, I've never had such an excellent experience during repairs. I will certainly be calling him in the future.

Jeff was upfront and honest about his experience installing awnings and requested to take a look at our destination trailer before committing to doing the work. After inspecting the situation he felt confident he could complete the install at the level we expected and he did a great job! From inspection to installation took about 2 weeks when we were getting the run around from other technicians for 2 years!

He was knowledgeable, reliable and personable and I would (and have!) recommend him to any other campers who are looking for a job well done from a qualified technician.

I mistakenly drove done a tree lined street forgetting that my awning was still out about 2ft and did some damage to the motor, would not retract. I called them and Jeff came over the same evening and had it working again gave me good advise on other issues. He was very nice and knowledgeable and I would use him again. Thank you Jeff!

Had an issue with our destination trailer on a seasonal site. Jeff came out for the diagnostics and ordered the parts needed. He kept us informed during the process because it was not able to be done in 1 day. Came back as soon as parts arrived and did the repair. He was knowledgeable, quick and great. We appreciate both Rose and Jeff for all they have done to make this experience pleasant.

Jeff is an honest guy that knows his craft. Ended up being that nothing was wrong with what I had originally called him for, but he definitely helped out with preventing the problem from happening again. 10/10 very knowledgeable and super friendly. Would recommend to friends.
