Evan is the true definition of customer service! I have never had a more personal experience with a company before! From beginning to end he made sure he was always reachable by text or phone call day or night even over a holiday weekend! You can see the passion and dedication he has to his company and always wants to ensure every one of his customers is highly satisfied. His crew was efficient and in and out same day and Evan even came out on a Saturday to make sure the job was done right! I would never go anywhere else to get my floors done. This company is top notch! 5 stars and beyond! They truly care about their customers and the work they do. Prices are more than reasonable and Evan will work with you anyway he can to make sure you get the best deal possible. You will regret going anywhere else ! Companies like this do not exist nowadays!

Evan was easy to work with and very accommodating. The Cali LVP floors turned out great. We had them do the entire first floor. They did the work while we were away on vacation and sent us a mess of pics throughout the process. It wasn’t cheap, but less than putting down real hardwood everywhere.

Evan was very friendly and genuine when we first met. He brought many samples of the colors we said we were interested in and was very knowledgeable about all of them! Evan’s stories and small talk were a huge part of what we were looking for in someone to trust with our home! Evan kept constant communication with us and he and his team were on time and quick! The carpets look amazing and we would recommend Evan to anyone!

A great experience from beginning to end!! Easy to schedule a consult- they even moved their schedule to accommodate mine. Evan came out with a huge assortment of samples and helped narrow it to 2 choices after hearing my wife's vision. He produced a quote onsite that was reasonable. Installation was a dream- 2 days to do my whole first floor and staircase. His team was respectful and courteous. They did all the extra little things.

Last year, my husband passed away. Dealing with all the ramifications of his loss has been a bit daunting at times. I didn't want to compound matters while dealing with carpet that had to be replaced. My friend recommended Evan Schaffner's services, and I'm so glad I took her advice. After discussing my desires, Evan arrived at my home with a variety of flooring samples. He was able to take pictures of my rooms as is, but with the new flooring I was choosing! So easy to see what different flooring would look like in my home before making a big decision. I'm grateful to Evan for all his efforts to accommodate me--my ideas, likes, and dislikes! Communication was easy via text for any questions we both had. The FCI crew members were top notch with their precise workmanship, care of my home, and clean up, too.

We wanted new flooring in our house, and started looking around at businesses in the area. Evan came to our house one night and talked us through all of the possibilities, he then came back a couple of nights later and showed us options of floors (carpet and luxury vinyl) that went with what we wanted. The process was so simple, and stress free. The best part is that we wanted it in before our party, and Evan was able to get it all installed prior to our guests arriving. We would highly recommend this company for any of your flooring needs.

Floor coverings international is the best. Was looking to have my carpet stretched in several areas and Evan scheduled to come out quickly and got the work done. Had (2) areas that needed just a little touch up and scheduled for his crew to come back at a time convenient for me and when they were done my carpet looked great. This was the easiest, smoothing, process. We worked together during the initial estimate meeting to determine what was best for the area I needed upgraded and Evan was so knowledgeable and realistic that I can’t see myself working with anyone else in the future on any flooring project big or small.

We had carpet removed and our hardwood floors refinished. They did an excellent job and I would recommend to anyone.

They came out to my house with a van full of samples, which I loved because I could see in my own surroundings. The sales rep that came out was helpful and knowledgeable and very nice to work with. The flooring came in quickly and communication was great.
