Clarity Vision

Had a great visit today. Always professional, helpful, and extremely nice. Their system did go down while I was getting ready to purchase my glasses, but they were able to call me later and get payment. Been coming to this place of service for multiple years.

Have been going to Clarity Vision for several years now. Dr. Reynolds is very thorough and Brantley is excellent as well although he was out today. Carol did an excellent job in filling his shoes. I would highly recommend them.

My first time at Clarity and I will return. They were professional and thorough. Dr Shenk was very knowledgeable, and did not rush me and took time to explain everything. Jasmine, who assisted with my eye glass purchase was terrific. She quickly got a sense of what I was looking for and showed me excellent choices. Together we found the perfect frame!

Absolutely fantastic! Fast check in, Dr Shenk was quick and professional. Showed me all sorts of cool things about my eyes. Jordynn found me the perfect pair of glasses and was a bright friendly personality. This is definitely my new eye doctor.

Dr Shank very knowledgeable and good about explaining what is going on with my vision. Front desk and assistants very helpful with glasses selection and services. It’s close by my home so making the appointment and dr visit very convenient.

First, Dr. Stockbridge is awesome. Period. What a friendly, patient. The staff was attentive and responsive, helpful and fun. I really truly felt taken care of. Thank you, Janet and Jordan for helping me pick out two beautiful pair of glasses that make me feel confident and pretty.

Dr Stockbridge is very good. He takes the time, asks questions and really knows his craft. Everyone was very thorough and professional. I was in and out in 40 minutes.

We brought our special needs son to the clinic for an eye health exam and to get new glasses. They were extremely patient and thorough and did a great job. I would totally recommend this company to anyone for their eye health and glasses.

The office staff is very helpful and pleasant to work with. Office is very current and modern. Dr. Whitaker and her staff provide very thorough exams that are explained to you in detail. Dr. Whitaker has a very calm demeanor and I appreciate the time she takes during the appointment.

I have been going to Clarity Vision for a few years now and I really love this practice! The entire staff, including Dr. Shenk, are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I don’t feel like they try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, which I’ve experienced at other optometry practices before. I also really love the ease and availability of their online scheduling too!

Had appointment today. Greeted by an associate as soon as i walked in. Desk agent updated info. The young lady(forgot her name, sorry) who did preliminary proceedings was very friendly, courteous, answered all my questions very politely. Dr. Shenk was down to earth. Explained everything w ease. Also answered all my concerns. Thanks to Dr. Shenk. Now the best part of my experience was NO ONE at this office push to purchase any of their products. That was the best business practices I've seen for awhile!!! That's made me to go back and ordered my eyeglasses that I needed. Again the associate helped me to pick the right one and explained the cost upfront so i could made my decision with ease. Thanks to all of you for such a pleasant experience I have received.

Great team of Doctors and assistants, they are truly customer focused and genuinely care for your well being. I once had an emergency and they worked me in immediately, which I was very grateful for. Online registration and appointments are easy too. Great location and very nice facility.

I love this office and have been going for a few years. Everyone is so kind and efficient. I normally see Dr. Reynolds, who I find to be extremely reasonable and knowledgeable; he doesn't try to recommend unnecessary interventions or products. I also like that he remembers personal things about me. Up front, the environment/decor is welcoming. It always has been, but since the expansion, it looks even better. The glasses selection is wonderful. The folks up front always make sure you have what you need, and that you're getting the best price. Mr. Brantley, especially, is a whiz with the numbers! I've since referred my parents here, who were pleased with their experience as well. I can't say enough nice things about this office!
